DDon AWe struck gold with this one. Amazing location, right by the main bus station and very near the Chuo train station. Super clean, comfortable and it has luggage storage that can be used for free for gusts who come too early or have extra time to explore after checking out.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right outside the JR station. The deluxe room is more spacious, but the bathroom is still very, very small. The bed is quite large and reasonably comfortable. Breakfast is served until 9 AM.

MMoNoPIAThe location is great, right in front of the tram stop, and there are many good restaurants nearby. The public bath is also a nice touch for unwinding after a long day.
I booked a twin room, and as expected for a Japanese business hotel, it was small. I had to open my suitcase near the entrance as there wasn't a separate luggage rack.
On the second floor, there's a reception area where you can enjoy unlimited coffee and other drinks. While the amenities aren't extensive, they are well-stocked at the reception.
There's also a gym, and the breakfast restaurant offers a fantastic view, especially for catching the sunrise over Sakurajima in the morning.

GGuest UserGood location. V near to tram station and shoping areas with many good food around. Also near to daiso and don don donki. Walk 5 mins opp the street u hv the airport bus straight to airport. Very efficient. The bedroom with bunk bed v nice for 4 pax and families. They even have bath salts, coffee and microwave at lobby

GGlobal birdNice room with the view of sakurajima island in some room direction. Room is nice and good for the price. Only drawback is although close to Kagoshima station, it’s a quite location and you need to walk 5 mins to convenient stores. Restaurant is also limited and close early.

DDanoettThe location is superb. Just 5-7 mins walk out of the Kagoshima - Chuo station towards the sheltered open air mall walkway on your extreme right after coming down from the escalator. (See the pic to know you are on the right track). Walk all the way almost to the end of it to reach the hotel. However there are no onsen & no breakfast area. The lobby space is shared with the laundry area at one side with a small coffee machine (3-10pm only) on the other side. Compact! Plus point: check out is 11am one precious hour more, unlike most at 10am. Room is very clean. Bed is comfy. Aircon is good.

AAnonymous UserI was impressed by the friendly staff, all of whom had the biggest smiles. Kagoshima Chuo Station is about a 20-minute walk away, straight along the main street in front of the hotel. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of local Kagoshima ingredients and traditional dishes, as well as a wide selection of sweets, making it a delightful experience from the start of the day.

MM10440****When you go, you have to locate banvina coffee, otherwise you may walk to the back door like me, thinking it is closed.
It is definitely this for the convenience of the location, very close to the central station, less than 10 minutes walk.
The cafe downstairs is very sense, and guests can also have a free cup of coffee every day, which is great!
Although the sister received was not very good in English, she was very cute ☺️ to check in and turn on the lights and air conditioning in advance. The merchant is also really generous.
The environment looks quite clean anyway.
I have the opportunity to go to Kagoshima and I will choose this one again.

GGuest UserThe room is well equipped, clean and new. It is spacious. No reception in the hotel. But the hotel did not send me self check-in information e.g. entrance access code. Luckily, somebody went out from the hotel when I arrived. Otherwise, I could not get in. There is a iPad on the 1st floor lobby for self check-in. I could then complete the self check-in. I would say the hotel provide a perfect stay if they sent me the self check-in information in advance.

It was close to Tenmonkan, so it was very safe and convenient to go drinking and eating. Next time, I'd like to shop at Donki and use the kitchen.
