I checked in in the evening, but due to construction work on the parking lot, I was redirected to a different lot. There was no explanation, so I didn't know how to get in and couldn't enter the parking lot. Also, there was no explanation when I checked in at the front desk, so I had to ask each time about whether breakfast was available, etc. The bath was also a little far away, so I went to get a ticket, but they simply told me it was across the bridge and that if I didn't know, I should look at the QR code. When I went there, I couldn't find it at all, and returned drenched in sweat without even taking a bath. I looked at the map at the front desk, but it was in a place I couldn't find without being told. One man at the front desk that night was awful, but the other man just ignored me and simply handled the paperwork. It was a terrible night. I was disappointed that even Kyoritsu had employees like that.

It's a very small place. There are few young Japanese people. They are all local middle-aged and elderly people. The hotel staff can hardly speak English, but we can communicate smoothly by gestures. It costs about 50 RMB to take a taxi from the JR station to the hotel. There is no hotel email address when booking through Ctrip. It may also be that the hotel does not have it, so we can't contact the hotel to pick us up. We can only wait for an empty car at the station. To be honest, the location of the apartment is not bad, and it is very convenient and easy to locate. The only thing to criticize, if you are asking me, is that it is so close to the traffic which cause a bit of noise. It is clean and tidy and have most of the daily necessities. We loved the cooking utensils especially the heating plate. There are lots of restaurants and very need to Lawson. A great place to stay! 😄😃👍👍👍

Suitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. The room was renovated and very spacious, offering a direct view to the lake. Above all, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Real Omotenashi ! We are fully satisfied with our stay. Will repeat for our next stay in the area.

This Showa-era business hotel is right outside Matsue Station's South Exit. The lobby is sunken, which might be a bit inconvenient for those with heavy luggage. The room facilities are quite old, there's no outlet by the bed, and power is activated by an old-fashioned key card system (or rather, a key). The large public bath on the top floor wasn't open, and the elevator is also very small. When you go out, you need to hand your key to the front desk, and when you return, you show a card with your room number to retrieve your key and meal voucher. They offer free breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is a buffet with limited options, and for dinner, you can choose between a curry set meal or a daily Japanese-style set. All in all, for just over 200 a night, including breakfast and dinner, what more could you ask for? If it doesn't mind my budget, I won't mind its age.
