3-Star Hotels in Hidalgo County

Very nice service and clean place. Very friendly staff. You just need an inside pool and or more bbq pits that area is to small. My family and I have been staying there for the past 2 years and we wanted to bbq but it was already full on both sides due to people staying there for sporting events the pool is way to small.

We went for a wedding and the Christmas holiday and it was absolutely amazing. We got a beautiful view of the South Pole holiday attraction, the happy hour was on point the food was delicious breakfast was custom and complimentary and dinner was excellent and affordable. We tried a little bit of all the food they offered and not one disappointed! The service was super friendly and would greet you in the halls. We had to order a few things and they came quickly the space and the cleanliness was phenomenal. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit the Valley again. It was well worth it and just takes you to another place where you're taken care of.

The hotel has a shuttle bus transfer. At Terminal D, you need to turn right on the next floor. You need to call the hotel and wait for about 15 minutes. It takes 40 minutes to go to the airport in the morning, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the passenger terminal. You also need to make an appointment in advance. We took a taxi in the morning because we were in a hurry. Breakfast is generally quite satisfactory.

The check-in experience was very good

Actually I was staying there for a couple of hours upon arrival on Sunday night transiting to Mexico on Monday morning, that’s my 2nd stay in this hotel, everything is good and at high CP value, it makes sense for commercial stay. However, one thing I must voice out and ask hotel to get it improved is to that, the water flow on the bathroom no matter from the shower or from the tap was slow, I was staying in the 2nd floor and it was not supposed to be low water pressure, that must be upgraded and fixed immediately as most likely I will be staying again in my trip that higher water pressure and water flow are normally expected.

It was an enjoyable stay and the facilities features are excellent and staff are friendly love to go back and stay again soon. Was a great stay. Thanks

Very Good, just an advice and is that you coulld leave at least two water bottles in the room.

In rural Texas, hotels are already good, but health is indeed a bit painful for girls, even seeing ants on the bed, so I dare not sleep all night. The bathroom is still relatively clean. The little brother at the front desk of the hotel is also very good. It can basically meet most of the problems. The shuttle bus can also take you to a place not far away for free. There is a driver whose English is a little bit not very good, but it is simple to understand. It is still much easier to return to Spanish in Mcallen.

Very pleasant clean stylish hotel, location perfect, especially if you need to go to the bus station. I liked almost everything. It is evident that the hotel management is suitable with love and great attention. From the downsides, that when evicting instead of returning the deposit of 25$, on the contrary, it was withdrawn an additional 65$. After the letter to the support service corrected, but still the precipitation remained.

I lived in the same room with two cockroaches that night. I felt very uneasy. The two friends of Hao Cai were on the ceiling and were not moving. They were in the same position all night. So, after enjoying breakfast the next day, check out immediately ‼️😬
