3-Star Hotels in Maricopa County

When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk but there was a sign on the counter, so we were fine waiting. As we stood there a young woman came around the corner and barely looked at us. She then proceeded to pull the sign off the counter and start typing on the computer in front of us without saying a single word or acknowledging us. She acted extremely irritated with us. After probably 5-8 minutes of silence, I asked her in a kind voice if she was ready for us. She barely looked away from her computer and said, ”in a few minutes” She finally asked us for our information and checked us in. I have never been treated this poorly at the front desk of a hotel in my life. Pretty unhospitable for a person in the hospitality business. The hotel itself had a nice room and comfortable beds. We didn't try the breakfast or the other facilities, but they looked good. Not sure if I would stay here again, if I'm treated so poorly.

Just needed a place to stay overnight after flying iin. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and the showers were great. First time in Phoenix and it was 113. The a/c worked great. We waited about a half hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport after we called, which wasn’t a good start, but once we checked in everything else was great. We were so comfortable. Breakfast was good too, nothing unusual except that the cinnamon buns were excellent! Maybe they have them other places but we’ve been traveling and these were the best. Thought we could save a day on the rental car by picking it up the next day using the hotel shuttle, but we rented from a place that is off site ( with their own airport shuttle) so instead of shuttling twice we just Ubered for $13 and picked it up ourselves. Nice hotel. Helpful staff and really comfortable.

Very new hotel, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom bath is also very large, the room is large, the lighting is very cozy, the location is in downtown, the parking lot is not free for about 20 knives overnight, breakfast is Starbucks & Bistro cooperation, Not a proper dinner, it is okay to eat light breakfast. Good value for money!

Great stay! But it is a pity that the bath water temperature is too low. Because it is supplied to the entire hotel, the water temperature cannot be adjusted. The other accommodation experiences are great!

Very interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to.

It is a really nice hotel at convenient location. There are lots of restaurants just across the road especially Indian's Flame. Breakfast is nice and they also offered us free drinks every evening. P. S you can check in at any time in the afternoon rather than 16:00 as website says.

Too much time when checking in 층간소음이 큼 Furniture is not stable Clean and beds are fluffy It was okay to prepare breakfast Especially orange was delicious. Towels or other needs If you ask the reception, take care of them Still, I rest well for 5 nights. I was sorry that Wi-Fi was only available on the first day

The hotel is very good, I said early that there is breakfast. But Chinese people may not be used to it. When I first came to the United States, I couldn’t eat that cold stuff. You can go out and buy something, or cook and eat yourself.

It is not the best, but it’s a good price and it’s pretty clean it. Don’t smell Parkins. OK people they come over. They don’t make much noise. It’s it’s regular. It’s not like super Duper, but it’s a regular thing for the price. It’s good.
