NNVLDAbsolutely loved our stay! The location was unbeatable—right in the heart of everything. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the service—every staff member was incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend!

CCathal GallagherNeed to up early and out to have your room cleaned as it finished at 12, was there 3 nights and room never got cleaned. Had a cockroach crawl sprint across the floor one evening. Also breakfast finished 10:30 or so and the place closed by 10:45. Is a pity as the staff were generally nice but should be better to clean rooms.
That aside location is good, rooms.modern and decent pool.

On this matter, you know what you told me is that there are a lot of emails in the queue. If you provide deceptive services and deceive me, I plan to condemn people who you don’t enter as soon as possible. This won’t surprise me. , Because this situation is not developing well, so I plan to publish it on all networks as soon as possible, and even plan to do so for a group of people who have the same experience as me.

KKhalilFirst time to Benidorm was great..the port Benidorm hotel amazing unreal everything you need location food service chick in I came bit early and they chick me in and welcomed,chick out was so nice and quick and they book a taxi for me was nice..the bar staff so nice restaurant lot of choices realy nice definitely, I will go back…

GGuest UserExcellent lively hotel that has a great mix for both younger and older generations.
In a great location however, this may not suit everyone due to the loud music until 6am within close vicinity.
Staff a great, just security that speak abruptly if you try to bring in food / drink in from the outside.
Rooms are very basic, bathrooms are something from the 90’s but they work.

The receptionist was amazing I can't thank him enough his name was Jefe and what a super star he helped me soo much I need to go back and give him a gift, he should get a raise with everything he does. What an amazing man thank you so much.

GGuest UserStayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it.
The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in!
The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there.
Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes.
If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

AAnonymous UserVery pleasant man on the reception when we checked in. Hotel had parking and was clean and perfect for our 1 night stay. I had the unfortunate mishap of being robbed on my way back to the hotel and the night staff were very helpful. They called the police for me and helped find telephone numbers to cancel my bank cards. Will definitely stay there again if I ever go back to Benidorm.

SSusy CollWe had a great weekend at this hotel and of course Benidorm. Although we already knew him, he never ceases to amaze us. The hotel is very good, although we would have liked to have stayed on a higher floor with a better view. Let's see if we make it next time because I want to come back. The breakfast buffet looked very rich and varied. In short, everything is as expected and more.
