4-Star Hotels in Benidorm

I was surprised that the hotel was closed during the pandemic. It’s not a coincidence. No, you seem to be unprofessional. I sent you an email condemning it. On this matter, you know what you told me is that there are a lot of emails in the queue. If you provide deceptive services and deceive me, I plan to condemn people who you don’t enter as soon as possible. This won’t surprise me. , Because this situation is not developing well, so I plan to publish it on all networks as soon as possible, and even plan to do so for a group of people who have the same experience as me. In the photo, you can see my confirmation. Since the hotel has no problem, I gave the highest score. On the contrary, I have been chatting with them, very friendly.

Excellent lively hotel that has a great mix for both younger and older generations.  In a great location however, this may not suit everyone due to the loud music until 6am within close vicinity.  Staff a great, just security that speak abruptly if you try to bring in food / drink in from the outside.  Rooms are very basic, bathrooms are something from the 90’s but they work.

I can't express enough how lovely the staff was, perfect location and very clean. The receptionist was amazing I can't thank him enough his name was Jefe and what a super star he helped me soo much I need to go back and give him a gift, he should get a raise with everything he does. What an amazing man thank you so much.

Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it. The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in! The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there. Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes. If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

The hotel was in perfect conditions and had Halloween decoration, very beautiful. I had many activities and also the entrances to the mythical Terra park that I didn't expect. Loved this hotel it was so clean, staff were very friendly and exceptional service. I would definetly reccomend it. The restaurant was immaculate, food delicious and staff very friendly. There were lots of entertainment, restaurants and markets nearby.

The hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options.

Hotel was very good in general - clean, spacious rooms, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast generally very good with large variety, however for us and many others like us, who don't eat pork for example, our options were limited and hotel could perhaps consider adding alternatives to accommodate those which have a different dietary requirement.

We had a great weekend at this hotel and of course Benidorm. Although we already knew him, he never ceases to amaze us. The hotel is very good, although we would have liked to have stayed on a higher floor with a better view. Let's see if we make it next time because I want to come back. The breakfast buffet looked very rich and varied. In short, everything is as expected and more.

First of all, the staff is very friendly, they are at your disposal and they are really fast. It has good facilities although the way they are distributed is a bit strange. Now, for the quality-price ratio and being a 4-star hotel, it leaves a lot to be desired, the rooms are not cleaned well, and it is not that we left the room dirty, but at first glance you can see that they have not cleaned it, especially the bathroom. Guests ran and screamed through the hallways, making it difficult to take a nap or go to sleep directly. The location is good, close to the east. If it had been impeccable it would be about 4 stars but for me it's not worth it.
