3-Star Hotels in Romulus

Second stay in this hotel and would come back anytime for a stay close to the airport. Rooms and hotel are well maintained.

This hotel seemed quite old. The shower curtain had a bit of an odor. As for amenities, there wasn't much beyond shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body cream. There was a microwave, which was handy for heating things up. I was annoyed by a wake-up call around 4 AM that I hadn't set.

Due to flight delay, I arrived at the airport at 2am, but the hotel front desk service was very poor. The shuttle bus is shared with other hotels, but I called 3 times and they couldn't tell me clearly which bus I should take. They even hung up the phone casually. In the end, I had to take a taxi myself. The hair dryer in the room was broken. I couldn't blow dry my hair after washing it at 3:30am. It was too bad.

My stay was great. The staff was friendly, the location is great for the airport, and the room was very comfortable
