3-Star Hotels in Romulus

The room was nice and clean, but nothing too special. The shower having an open pane and not being able to shut was odd, but as a solo person it didn't bother me. The only real negative thing was that my next door neighbors were being very loud with their, uh, late night activities and the door between the rooms didn't limit that noise much at all. Good hotel overall though.

Second stay in this hotel and would come back anytime for a stay close to the airport. Rooms and hotel are well maintained.

Return customer many times. The shuttle bus to and from the airport and car rental is very convenient. You can make an appointment at the hotel front desk or call to make an appointment. The hotel room is clean, the lighting is slightly dark, and the environment inside and outside the hotel is okay.

Due to flight delay, I arrived at the airport at 2am, but the hotel front desk service was very poor. The shuttle bus is shared with other hotels, but I called 3 times and they couldn't tell me clearly which bus I should take. They even hung up the phone casually. In the end, I had to take a taxi myself. The hair dryer in the room was broken. I couldn't blow dry my hair after washing it at 3:30am. It was too bad.
