4-Star Hotels in Broadbeach

I must come to comment on this service apartment. I feel that it is an underestimated apartment on Trip.com . At first, I was still nervous, because there were too few official photos, and I was traveling with elderly children. What about the two-bedroom sea view room? But when I arrived, I was surprised, compared to the serviced apartments that were previously set in Brisbane. The room was clean and tidy, and the kitchen utensils provided were clean and practical. Every day, the spare parts and garbage are also simple to organize. Although it is not the first-line sea view, sitting on the balcony, the sea view and street view in front of you are still refreshing! Compared to the noise of surfing paradise, Encore is very suitable for living here, my son said he wants to live here for a month! For families who drive, the parking space is very good and safe. You need to swipe your room card to enter and exit, and it is free. It can't be better! Other residents in and out of the building are also very friendly! ps: The front desk lady is Chinese, can speak Chinese, will also guide the delicious restaurant nearby, like it! Than heart!

It was blocked by a construction building by the sea, sad 💔. You can also see some sea views, the overall convenience, and you can walk to the beach in a few minutes. There are three rooms, the whole is relatively quiet, there are 2 households on the first floor, that is, the front desk sister arrives at work, and you have to communicate in advance if you need it. There is a pool gym sauna, and the back door is closer to the beach. The Gold Coast is really beautiful ❤️

Our experience was good. The apartments are well organised and no lengthy check-in process like other places. A bit surprised after paying the amount due weeks before and then being requested for another $500 prior to checking in otherwise the booking can't be guaranteed. Most people take American Express in the accommodation industry and this was also a surprise. Apart from that it was a very pleasant state and we will book it again if we get a good deal.

這次住的是雙房型，總體上來說是一間乾淨的旅館，地點也在海灘邊，只要步行三至五分鐘即可到達沙灘（如圖片中即為旅館邊的沙灘），還算方便，唯一令人遺憾的是櫃檯服務時間很短，平日九點到十六點，假日更只有九點到十二點，並且在服務時段外如果需要開門幫助，需支付五十澳幣。旅館另有泳池，不過使用率看起來不高，入住三天幾乎沒有看到有人使用，可能都去海邊了吧！

We had a confirmed booking from Trip.com but when we arrived at reception they did not have our booking. It was not Trip’s fault as apparently an intermediate company bungled the booking. The Blues fest was on so everything was booked out for 100km2. Fortunately the very kind manager at the Phoenician miraculously found a 1 br apartment for us and saved the holiday. The hotel is lovely and very central. Cannot fault it but confirm your booking directly with the hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the Aria apartment. It's in a Great Location with a great view; however, the noise of the large bins being collected in the street each morning at 6:30 a.m did spoil our sleep-ins. The most disappointing factor was the smell of the bathroom towels. I suggest a note to the company about laundering the towels.

The hotel was very good. The room had a small kitchen and it was great. I think the hotel service is good. Good transportation.

Freshly renovated, just needs pictures rehung and towel rails. Great location, quiet but only short walk to action. Views from the 16 floor were worth it! We hope to visit again soon

Very handy location within walking distance to restaurants, beach and entertainment and secure onsite parking. Basic amenities, dated and tired. For price I had expected more. Simple things like matching crockery and newer furniture void of marks etc would really enhance the overall experience. Also, microwave had been damaged/burnt so stunk out room and we were wary to use.
