This hotel deserves the highest praise. Having stayed in so many hotels in China, my experience at Yun Hotel is the most profound. Besides its high-end facilities, its biggest highlight is its service. The staff provides meticulous care for guests in every aspect, from check-in to elevator access, room arrangements, and restaurant arrangements. The service greatly enhances the hotel's value; when traveling, the greatest enjoyment of staying in a hotel is undoubtedly the service.

The front desk service was excellent. They offer late-night snacks and the breakfast selection is fantastic. They also provide pick-up and drop-off service to the high-speed rail station. Highly recommend!

The public areas are elegantly designed, and the rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, equipped with comprehensive smart facilities. The service is warm and welcoming. The lobby offers complimentary drinks, and guests receive a welcome fruit platter and a small gift daily. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied. The Chinese breakfast includes all of Handan's local specialty snacks, and there's also a wide selection of Western breakfast options. The variety is extensive, and the food tastes great. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Handan.

This hotel has a great environment. The rooms are equipped with body lotion, conditioner, and hand soap, which is a thoughtful touch. There's also a mini-fridge in the room to keep things fresh, and bathrobes are provided. The best part is that the room door can be deadbolted from the inside, giving a great sense of security. Initially, I was a bit unsure, but the staff patiently explained that once it's deadbolted from the inside, a key card won't open it from the outside, which is very safe. Highly recommend, it's excellent!

There are dining options nearby, and food delivery is also very convenient. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and met Hilton's usual high standards. The facilities are all well-maintained, and everything felt reassuring. The lobby had a cotton candy machine, which the kids absolutely loved. Handan is a beautiful city, brimming with cultural charm. The locals were very welcoming and spoke gently. This trip was very nice, and I'll definitely be back! 📸

For a long time, the room facilities are old. The closed rubber strips in the rain room are aging, and the water flows down the gap on the bathroom floor, which has a large safety hazard. The phone is bad. After the reaction, I changed the room and found that the shower head was faulty. I changed another room again. It was all fine. The breakfast is quite rich, the female chef who cooks the noodles is indifferent and a little impatient. The reception staff at the reception desk, enthusiastic, solved the problem in time, and had a good attitude, which allowed us to resolve the regrets brought by the lack of room facilities. The hotel has a good environment, and there is actually a sweet-scented osmanthus tree, which is a pleasant surprise. In short, if the hotel pays attention to the update and maintenance of facilities, it is still the choice to stay again!

Traveling with kids, my top priority is hygiene, and this place was just okay. Especially the shower – the glass door and the floor had a big gap, so a lot of water would leak out onto the bathroom floor when showering. I constantly had to remind my kids not to slip! The breakfast, though, was great! Lots of variety, and everything tasted good. We stayed for 3 consecutive days, and the dishes were different every day, which was a big plus! The location is also quite good. It's super easy to hail a taxi right outside, and it's about a 15-minute walk to Meilecheng.
