4-Star Hotels in Leeds

This was the best value-for-money hotel during my trip to the UK. The room was quite spacious for British standards, clean and tidy, and serviced daily. The facilities were excellent, and it's very close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk. If you're planning to visit the towns around Yorkshire, I highly recommend staying here; it's much cheaper than touristy cities like York, and taking the train is super convenient. There's a shopping mall right opposite the hotel, and all the attractions are within walking distance.

Private indoor car park direct access to hotel which is really plus. Breakfast is good and many options another plus No air con (only matter when it is heat wave ) during our visit. We have to keep windows opened . Quite noisy from street as windows was opened. Walking to city around 15min . Again all good if there was not heat wave.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, making it super convenient to get to all the main attractions. The service was thoughtful, and we even received a welcome gift upon check-in. For a hotel in the UK, the room size was quite spacious and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location so close to the train station and lots of shops, great coffee shops, places to eat and drink. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly and food and rinks in hotel reasonably priced and tasted lovely.

It was a great place to visit, I enjoyed it so much. As the name was shown on the Television when u get in. Awesomeeeeeeee.. I would luv to go there again it was truly an amazing experience.

Great location,very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

Loved staying at the Met. We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms. Really nice decor, loved the shower. Would definitely stay again.

If you're traveling by train, this hotel is relatively close, about a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center, both easily accessible. The hotel breakfast is good, offering a basic English breakfast, though the coffee isn't great. The rooms are a bit larger compared to other English hotels. During my stay this time, the bathtub drain was blocked, but the staff went out of their way to help me resolve the issue, and they succeeded. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a sauna, but children are not allowed in the sauna. If children want to use the pool, they must go before 6 PM. This is a good hotel, and I would visit again.

Was a decent room, nice and clean It wasn't obviously stated that you have to go to the Leeds roomzz branch to pick up your keys beforehand... this is fine if you drive, but having just had a taxi drop us off, we had to get another taxi to another place and back again with all our stuff... wasn't great. Also wasn't any way of contacting reception to ask for a later check out, no-one answered Sunday and our phone was plugged in but not working so I got locked out at one point with no way back in...

Lovely hotel and excellent value if you can book it at the right time. Very luxurious for the price I paid. A little bit out on a limb for access into Leeds city centre but plenty of bars and restaurants in nearby Headingley. The main restaurant at the hotel is quite upmarket but the attached pub The Stables is excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
