Very disappointing experience. When we arrived no wifi in hotel and being far away from family during these turbulent times not ideal. Then when we went to the room to unwind the TV was not functional and they stated the situation would not be solved that evening. After a long flight we figured at least we could take a nice hot shower and to our dismay no hot water. Not a good start to our experience. Following morning still no wifi thik late evening. Figured a swim might be worthwhile in the late afternoon and were told pool was under maintenance for a few days but we were not notified of this even at check in time. We usually book hotels on vacation or even for business getaways with down time in mind and this felt more stressful than relaxing. Staff overall was friendly at breakfast and at the desk but was disappointed with how management handled it. No offer of apologies or complimentary anything despite the challenges. Heard lemon tree was supposed to be a good brand but won't be booking again. Oddly we got water the other evenings only after informing them we needed hot water. They would tell us that they will inform the engineers to turn it on. And another thing I found odd which I have not experienced is that you can only connect max 2 devices to wifi but both my husband and I have devices that we need connected eg lap top, cell phone and tablets. Difficult to pick only 2 per room.

Every was nice. Beautiful property with lush green areas. Loved the is-ha ashram vibes created, could feel the grace. Only small issue was food at on kourse restaurant which was not good, we ordered basic dal and pane-er for dinner but taste was just flat, no flavours. Under the neem at chalets is good though, had breakfast there. They have lot of open as well as closed space to sit out as per your comfort. Rooms are small, and extra bedding is 5k even if you booked the stay for 3, so it was little inconvenient for a family of 3. Having said that we enjoyed our stay to the fullest considering the vibe the place has.

This is a hotel where Japanese people can stay without any problems. While there are some signs of wear and tear in the rooms if you look closely, there are generally no issues. Breakfast is rather meager. There are many shopping malls nearby, but they are too local and finding food might be difficult.
Breakfast is rather meager.
There is no noise from outside at night, but a group of people were making noise inside the hotel until around 3 AM, and due to the hotel's design, their voices echoed throughout all the rooms, which was a bit bothersome.
At check-in, I was assigned a different room, and later moved to my original room. Also, although Trip.com stated check-out was before 12:00, I was almost kicked out when I checked out at 11:00. They said ”11:00 is before 12:00,” so I argued ”11:59 is before 12:00” and was allowed to stay until before 12:00.
The airport is about a 30-minute drive away.

Comfortable Stay at Holiday Inn Sector 90, Gurgaon
Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained. What adds to the convenience is the mall nearby, offering plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance. A nice place to stay if you're looking for comfort with easy access to essentials.

Eugenio from DXBOverall, my stay at Citadines Paras Square was comfortable. The staff were helpful, and the amenities were well-maintained. However, the location is quite far from most major attractions and city areas, which made commuting a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there was a noticeable moldy smell in the room that affected the experience. With a few improvements, it could be a much better stay

Ravi_ZenFirst, the hotel is fairly big and has several rooms, and it is located on a highway, so it is really convenient. Due to the ongoing construction for a flyover, getting to this hotel was more arduous than it should have been. The hotel staff were helpful and professional. The only thing I would mention is that they could improve the cleanliness inside the rooms but provide higher-quality linens that would make the experience even more pleasant.

Was here for a friend’s wedding. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Compared to other hotels in India the cleanliness level is high. Breakfast wasn’t included but it’s not expensive and it’s good.
The location is good if you’re here for weddings or visiting friends nearby. Unfortunately it is very inconvenient for trips to Delhi.

courteous staff, and a pleasant overall atmosphere. The only drawback was that the food in the restaurant wasn’t served hot, but everything else about the stay was good.
