Hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful and properly hygiene maintained by the hotel staff . It was a great experience.

Excellent property and facilities. The reception associate ms jyoti is extremely customer friendly and prompt in getting the requests managed. The overall staff performance is very good. I would definitely want to avail the service again.

I lived in this hotel for 3 weeks. The breakfast is good. They have a swimming pool and gym. The dinner is delicious.

A great option for an airport hotel, about 20 mins drive from Delhi airport but in a nice area near a big mall. The room was good value for money, hot water, good pressure etc. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, the service was excellent. The breakfast was surprisingly good with continental and Indian choices. We havealready planned to stay here again when we fly out of Delhi airport.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to help with any requests. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The hotel’s location is perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. I also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet, which had a great selection of both local and international dishes. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

First, the hotel is fairly big and has several rooms, and it is located on a highway, so it is really convenient. Due to the ongoing construction for a flyover, getting to this hotel was more arduous than it should have been. The hotel staff were helpful and professional. The only thing I would mention is that they could improve the cleanliness inside the rooms but provide higher-quality linens that would make the experience even more pleasant.

We use it every time we stay in Delhi! It's a pity that I was worried about the smell of the hot water in the bath this time, but I'm very grateful that I can enjoy the taste of Japan, which is difficult to get in India for breakfast and lunch, and that it is equipped with a washlet. I'm thinking of using it next time I stay!

Overall, my stay at Citadines Paras Square was comfortable. The staff were helpful, and the amenities were well-maintained. However, the location is quite far from most major attractions and city areas, which made commuting a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there was a noticeable moldy smell in the room that affected the experience. With a few improvements, it could be a much better stay

Was here for a friend’s wedding. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Compared to other hotels in India the cleanliness level is high. Breakfast wasn’t included but it’s not expensive and it’s good. The location is good if you’re here for weddings or visiting friends nearby. Unfortunately it is very inconvenient for trips to Delhi.

Rooms are clean but a little worn. Bed was firm but ok. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling and a little bit dirty from water / humidity from the shower. Water was quite hot and good pressure in shower. Breakfast was good and reasonable amount of choice but not really a any regular salad options. Table service was great and worth the stay alone ! Tv was not setup properly and I could not choose a working CNN channel to catch up on news. Location was a bit awkward to get to, taxi driver had a make a few u turns in rush hour traffic adding abt 30 mins to our already long journey. (LKO to Gurgaon). Still a good standard of service, which is why we chose a Hyatt. (Couple traveling from USA).
