4-Star Hotels in Amalfi

Because it is a newly opened hotel, I didn't see other people's comments and sharing. I was worried when I first booked it, but the experience of staying in later was very good, very comfortable, clean, and the location was really the most convenient place in Amalfi. You can see the sea from the balcony!

The location of the hotel is very good, there is no elevator, you need to carry your luggage up and down, the girl at the front desk is very friendly and will help with your luggage. The only bad thing is that the air conditioner in the room is almost not working, and I was awakened several times at night. The breakfast is very intimate and tastes good!

The most satisfying hotel for this trip, the Italian brother is very warm, the room is large, the balcony is directly facing the Mediterranean, the beauty is extremely beautiful, and the breakfast is rich! It doesn't matter if we check out later!

A very good hotel with amazing customer service. Pros: 1. They give you a free shuttle service that you can book in advance to and from Amalfi city centre. You can book it from your own phone when you are out on some trip and anytime with ease. 2. People at the reception are very nice and helpful. They even upgraded my room for no extra charges.  3. The restaurant serves amazing food. 4. Views from the hotel, cleanliness and the overall ambience deserves Five star! Cons: 1. Location is bit far from city centre and if you are travelling in peak season even with the free shuttle, delays might irritate you. 2. Breakfast buffet has less options especially for vegetarians. I expected atleast some warm food options like a toasted bread or crepes.  Recommend to book it 100%.

the view were the most stunning view of all time. i have never seen sea, sky and clouds at the same height. very relaxing place. only downside is it's really inconvenient to get to Agerola, and to and from Amalfi coast if you want to visit the attractions.

The staff was so kind and helpful. Hotel is charming, clean, spacious and in a perfect location with a beautiful view! The included breakfast was delicious! There was a particular lady at the front desk (forgot her name) that was so sweet and gave us recommendations on the best way to get back to Rome to catch our flight and even booked our taxi. I would definitely stay here again!!

お部屋はとても綺麗でした。 受付までの道が結構しんどいです。急勾配な階段でした。 メイン通りから曲がる場所は分かりにくいですがGoogleマップでルート検索すると辿り着きます。 口コミで確認はしてたので、翌日宿泊予定だったナポリにてキャリーケースを預けて、一泊分のみの荷物を持って行き正解でした。あの階段をキャリーケース持って運べない、、、し、運んでくれる人は居ないようでした。 チェックインの受付の方はその日のチェックイン予定が終わったら居なくなるようです。 部屋のエアコンから水が垂れてきて対応に困りましたが、ワッツアップで確認。24度以下に温度調整すると垂れてくるとのこと。それをお部屋案内の時に教えてくれたらもっとサービスとしては良かったと思いました。 冷蔵庫にドリンクなど置いてますが、硬いので開ける時は注意です。勢い余って、瓶のドリンクが落ちて割れました。
