It was a great experience, room is very clean, bed is very comfortable, food from the restaurant is excellent.

Just back from a 3 night stay. Clean apartment but some marks in the shower but otherwise no issues. Plenty of space, nice touch with the drinks and water in the fridge on arrival. Beds are slightly hard for our liking but comfortable enough. Good shower, although it ran out of hot water on the last morning. Nice kitchen area - we did not cook but used the coffee machine and kettle. Nice decor and very modern. Liked the blinds on the outside windows made it all snug and dark for relaxing sleep. Easy check on online and access with digital keys were great as no worries about loosing the keys. Good access to local shops and short walk into old town. Overall a very good stay and would visit again.

The stay was really great! the communication was smooth. The flat is clean and has everything one needs. I would ask the owner to consider adding a small trash bin in the bathroom, for women who need to dispose of certain things, without having to go back to the flat (my flat had a completely separate private bathroom, so I had to go through a small corridor to go back and forth, but this corridor is protected by a main door and gives access to only the flat and another one). The second suggestion would be to leave a roll of plastic bags, for the bin in the kitchen. The location is a bit far from the center, so if you want to stay for a short period, I would advise another location (it takes around 30min to get to the center). The area is rather quiet, although Bucharest is known for the heavy traffic (and, apparently, many speed drivers and cars with tuned exhausters?). The washing machine and the drying rack was a very nice bonus, they even leave some pods to do two loads. overall really great!

Our stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing. The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Mercure Bucharest offers a welcoming and comfortable stay. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

It was pleasurable trip to Bucharesti and to stay in the hotel .All the staff and services were great ,Location great cross from parliament Uber to down town inexpensive , breakfast was great .we had ten day in this hotel with unforgettable experience .Thanks

Good location to go anywhere in the city and the breakfast was reasonable.

The service can be A lot better/ we asked foor clean towels few time and didnt get only when keep asking. The toilet seat was broke, we aske for fix and in all 4 days dhey didnt fix even when we asked few times. The stuff are very nice and look that they care and every time we asked something I saw that they colling for fixing but most of the time it didnt happened or happened after few request

I cannot fault this hotel. So perfectly situated without being noisy, lovely staff, fantastic and varied breakfast (with excellent coffee), a well appointed gym, spotless and spacious. Thank you for making a solo female traveller happy, well fed and safe.

We had a good stay here for 3 nights. Clean good sized rooms. Top shower. Staff were really mice. Great location within walking distance to everything.

I had an excellent short stay at this hotel and would certainly stay there again. My greeting on arrival was very good and as soon as I mentioned I had an early start the next day a take out breakfast was arranged. (It lasted breakfast and lunch). The bar and restaurant were nice tho I only used the restaurant for a breakfast and that was very good. It's an easy walk to the Old City, supermarket and fast food places and a couple of good restaurants nearby. Generally a lovely hotel, big rooms, immaculate, I had a full size bath which was good after a long day. Tea/coffee making in the room, mini bar/ fridge
