CCeline ArgyropoulosThe stay was really great! the communication was smooth. The flat is clean and has everything one needs. I would ask the owner to consider adding a small trash bin in the bathroom, for women who need to dispose of certain things, without having to go back to the flat (my flat had a completely separate private bathroom, so I had to go through a small corridor to go back and forth, but this corridor is protected by a main door and gives access to only the flat and another one). The second suggestion would be to leave a roll of plastic bags, for the bin in the kitchen.
The location is a bit far from the center, so if you want to stay for a short period, I would advise another location (it takes around 30min to get to the center). The area is rather quiet, although Bucharest is known for the heavy traffic (and, apparently, many speed drivers and cars with tuned exhausters?).
The washing machine and the drying rack was a very nice bonus, they even leave some pods to do two loads. overall really great!

GGuest UserJust back from a 3 night stay. Clean apartment but some marks in the shower but otherwise no issues.
Plenty of space, nice touch with the drinks and water in the fridge on arrival.
Beds are slightly hard for our liking but comfortable enough.
Good shower, although it ran out of hot water on the last morning.
Nice kitchen area - we did not cook but used the coffee machine and kettle.
Nice decor and very modern. Liked the blinds on the outside windows made it all snug and dark for relaxing sleep.
Easy check on online and access with digital keys were great as no worries about loosing the keys.
Good access to local shops and short walk into old town.
Overall a very good stay and would visit again.

LLdesierra Inma Von ParkerI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—just a few hundred meters from the express bus route 100 from the airport, and right in front of a major metro interchange station. There’s also a bus stop conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Unirea Shopping Mall is within walking distance, and it’s situated in the heart of Old Town Bucharest, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
The area is vibrant, with plenty of bars and halal restaurants just behind the hotel, offering a great variety of dining options. The room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, featuring a great view and even a coffee machine for added convenience.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its prime location, modern amenities, and accessibility. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice and not far from the center, the traveller can either take the bus or walk to the center - old town (it could be a bit challenging in a hot day)
The staff is amazing, there was an issue with AC and they arranged a different room where AC was working and everything is ok.
The view from the restaurant on the 12th floor is nice and covers the city. The breakfast is tasty and has different choices.
In other words, the hotel is highly recommended

MMCUZZAOur stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed.
The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing.
The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Mercure Bucharest offers a welcoming and comfortable stay. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

LLyubomirThe hotel is located close to the center of Bucharest, in a calm and safe area, in around 10 mins walking to the closest metro line. The bus which goes directly to the airport stops nearby as well. Close to the hotel is located a Carrefour supermarket and several restaurants + an embankment full with bars. The staff is super friendly, helpful and speaking good English. The rooms are spacious and clean, with new quit AC and everyday the housekeeping is leaving new towels, tea, shampoos. There're two lifts, a restaurant where the breakfast is served and also a viewpoint. The breakfast is delicious and diverse, but it's the same every day. Several kinds of sausages, omelette, coffee, juices, croissants, jams, cornflakes, etc. Definitely recommend if you're on a business trip.

The room was very nice; we had the one with a balcony, but it was never cleaned; in four days, we only had two towel changes.
The breakfast was good and varied,
