YYANPENGThe location of the hotel is pretty good, right in the ski area, and the surrounding snow-capped mountains are beautiful. The hardware facilities are okay, but not particularly good. Winter is the peak ski season and there are many tourists, so the price is high. The infinity pool is only open until 11 o’clock and will be closed, and will only open after 4 o’clock in the afternoon.

GGuest UserПри входе в отель Вас встречают сотрудники рецепшн, тут то всё и начинается. Тот уровень сервиса и внимательности к гостям сразу говорит о том, что вас ждёт . С первых минут пребывания чувствуешь себя особенным гостем, все пожелания стараются исполнить. Очень приятно удивил такой компетентный персонал в отеле уровня 4 звёзды, будь то сотрудники ресторана, спа зоны или клиновой службы. В номере с красивым видом на горы, идеально белым постельным бельём, удобными матрасом, подушками и пуховым одеялом вы сможете шикарно выспаться. Звукоизоляция хорошая. Соседей не было слышно на протяжении всего отдыха. В отеле есть возможность аренды зонта. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. Вечером, после закрытия канатной дороги работает трансфер до отеля. Конечно в отеле есть погрешности требующие ремонта, но всё это меркнет на фоне всех плюсов, что я увидела. Для меня этот отдых был восторгом. Благодарю администрацию отеля и особенно его персонал. В следующую поездку без сомнения остановлюсь здесь вновь.

ААнна ШуеваVery good hotel in a wonderful location! My room was on the 2nd floor with a view to the forest. Also on the 2nd floor is a perfectly equipped gym. The bed Mega is comfortable, there is a safe, a refrigerator, a table, TV.
Very warm in the room, I opened the window in November for clean air.
The rope is located 100 meters from the hotel, tickets are better to take at the hotel, goes slightly cheaper by 250 rubles
The hotel has a massage chair of Yamoguchi , for 600 rubles it is possible to relax 20 minutes.
I didn't like breakfast in another hotel across the bridge. But breakfasts themselves are very delicious: tortoise, nuts, humus, pancakes, chestnut, cheese and a lot of different things!

GGuest UserA pleasant hotel on the embankment with a direct view of the sea, cozy rooms, comfortable bed and pillows! Leaving early in the morning to the airport, staff carefully prepared breakfast with them! I will be happy to return to this hotel!

IIyliiaIt was necessary to stop at one, the requirement was convenience and price-quality ratio. Everything is very good. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the sea, park, church. There was a room with a balcony, a huge balcony overlooking the Armenian temple! The room has everything you need, all hygiene products, kettle, dishes, iron and ironing board. The breakfast has plenty of everything, tasty, varied choice. There is a full set, lunch and dinner. We didn’t have time to go to our own swimming pool and hammam. If you come on vacation, this is a very decent hotel option with everything you need, I recommend it!

Понравилось только расположение.

The front desk of the hotel is very welcoming, there are swimming pool gymnasiums, sauna rooms, etc. There is a waiter at the front desk who is inexplicably charging some fees. I ignore him, and there is a boy in the small bar who doesn’t know whether it is deliberately or unintentionally. Looking for money, it is far from the attractions, the hotel is on the mountain, and the hotel has a minibus to the city center during the day!

GGuest UserThe good breakfast, enough staff and many small things give a positive impression on the whole.
Disadvantages: When I stayed in the hotel, all 700 rooms were occupied. 600 students-a group of students from Moscow, they are completely witty, rude, spoiled, and they perform well in every place. Due to the courtesy of the staff, and even because of most students, the staff often does not have time to deal with them.
I also hope that the staff will be able to control the number of people in the spa more frequently because they cannot handle the number of guests that can be accommodated in the hotel.
