"The room was clean, and the staff were very patient! Getting to the hot springs from the room requires walking outdoors. The hot spring facilities themselves were quite comprehensive, but I was surprised they were entirely outdoors; I had assumed there would be indoor pools too. The hot spring buffet was just okay. There are many outdoor hot spring pools. Bathrobes for the hot spring area cost money to rent; I wish I had known, I would have brought my own."
