GGuest UserThe hotel on the hillside is surrounded by a large waterscape and many tall Podocarpus trees. The design style of the lobby is also high-end and full of fashion. The guest rooms are a group of eight courtyards. I like the rooms with courtyards on the second floor. Each courtyard has its own unique design style. There is also an art gallery in the hotel. I checked the endorsements of the two teachers on Baidu and found that they are quite well-known. What surprised me the most was the breakfast. Although there were not many varieties, every dish was delicious. According to the waiter, they raise and grow the ingredients in their hotel themselves. The dumplings, wontons and handmade noodles are all made by the waiters and chefs themselves. The key is that the breakfast time is from 8:00 in the morning to 11:30 in the afternoon, so you can sleep in and save money on lunch. In the evening, you can have a private meal in the hotel's garden restaurant. The price starting from 200 per person is acceptable. Although it's a little expensive, it tastes really delicious.
In general, this is a great hotel for holiday and leisure with both good service and environment. In addition, the hotel also has a pottery studio, which is more suitable for literary young people and children. You can spend half a day to experience pottery making and painting, and then go home to have your own ceramics. It is quite interesting to think about it. If you like playing in the water, it is a good choice to practice a few laps outdoors under the moonlight before going to bed. However, the hotel is a 20-minute drive from the city, so it is not recommended for those who like busy areas.
GGuest UserNestled deep within the lush, emerald embrace of the Zhuji Mountains, my recent stay at this charming, honesty-style resort was nothing short of magical. Surrounded by whispering bamboo groves and crisp mountain air, the resort seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern comfort, offering a tranquil retreat from the bustle of everyday life.
The resort’s cozy yet elegantly designed rooms [Tree top rooms and RVs] provided a haven of relaxation, with large windows framing the serene bamboo forest. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the exceptional care from the housekeeping team. A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality.
As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories.
This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. Whether you’re hiking through bamboo forests, bonding over a sunset barbecue, or simply unwinding to the symphony of rustling leaves, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted. Combined with the warmth of staff like Xiao Luo and their genuine care for guests (and pets!), this stay was unforgettable.
Highly recommended for nature enthusiasts, pet owners, and anyone craving a rejuvenating escape with a touch of magic.
YYuemanxilou520When we came to Shaoxing, I suggested staying at an Atour hotel, but my wife wanted something more upscale, so we booked the Tianma Hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helped us with the check-in process every step of the way. They even thoughtfully asked if we needed Wi-Fi. It's definitely a step above an economy hotel like Atour. The breakfast was plentiful, and while our older child exceeded the height limit and cost an extra 88 RMB per person, the food was excellent. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

Aamywang111The room was standard, business-style, with a window but no terrace. I added them on WeChat beforehand to inquire about my arrival time and room arrangement, but unfortunately, when I arrived at the hotel at the booked time, I was told I would have to wait another ten minutes or so. By then it was already 3:15 pm, and not wanting to wait, I gave up the free upgrade (I had a company annual meeting that day, and the lobby was too noisy) and was given a room on the 7th floor. The breakfast was a mix of Western and Chinese dishes, but there was no local specialty, braised duck, and the taste was average. It's a 5-6 minute walk to Jinghu Wetland Park, where it's not crowded and you can stroll around freely.

IIvy duanjingruThe room exceeded my expectations. I happened to visit during rose season and rainy weather, which made the entire hotel environment feel like a scenic spot – very comfortable.
The only minor drawback was the hotel's F&B:
➡️ For breakfast, there were only two coffee options, not even a basic latte. Apart from eggs, there was very little meat. On the first day, there was only bacon and breakfast sausage (without any indication of what kind of meat); on the second day, only bacon.
➡️ The quality of the dishes at Yujia Dayuan has significantly declined compared to a few years ago.
I ordered a set meal for 1-2 people by myself.
→ **Serving Order**
Sesame balls & corn with pine nuts → stir-fried vegetables → yellow croaker → assorted cold cuts. The entire serving time was at least 40 minutes. By the time everything was served and I started eating, the sesame balls were already completely cold.
When I asked the waiter why the meat dishes were served last, their reply was that the chef for vegetarian dishes and desserts was faster. I was speechless at that response.
**Taste:**
→ **Flavor**
The assorted cold cuts took many reminders before finally being served. When hot, the sausage and cured duck were edible, but after a few minutes of cooling down, these two became as tough as rubber bands and impossible to chew. The cured fish had an earthy, muddy taste and was inedible.

GGuest UserIt was a very pleasant trip to Xinchang. This happiness was mostly given by Anlan. It is really a good place for leisure and vacation. Anlan itself is in the Nineteen Peaks Scenic Area. The design of the entire hotel is very clever. There are picturesque scenery everywhere, waterfalls and mountain views. It is very happy to wander around the hotel area. Of course, the cloud ladder is famous and it is a very special experience. The room was upgraded to a one-bedroom villa facing the river. It is spacious and bright. I sit on the balcony and drink tea to enjoy the natural time. The service of the entire hotel is also very good, the night bed service and cleaning service are impeccable. I am especially grateful to the hotel butler Gerry, who helped me arrange the room check-in the day before, and gave advice and planning for the travel plan to ensure my trip to Xinchang is safe and comfortable. The service staff and team are very good. It is worth coming again next time.
NNanguaxianbingtudouFacilities: The room was very spacious and new, meeting Marriott's standards. I arrived quite late this time, and they were kind enough to upgrade my room, which I really appreciate.
Suggestions: The hairdryer wasn't very powerful, and it would be even better if the toilet were a smart one.
Cleanliness: Very clean!
Service: Overall, everything was excellent. The front desk staff were all very polite and courteous. I didn't have time to go to the bar for coffee, so they even specially sent me a fridge magnet, which was a really thoughtful and heartwarming gesture.
However, during breakfast, I could definitely feel the pressure of managing during a holiday period. It was very crowded; even arriving at 8:15 AM, we could only get seats on the periphery, and the environment was generally quite noisy. This is an area they might want to look into improving or adjusting in the future. Also, while the breakfast spread looked like it had many varieties, nothing really stood out taste-wise. The bread in the pastry section wasn't up to five-star standards, but the fresh-squeezed juice was a definite plus.
Despite these points, it was a good experience overall!
GGuest UserThis hotel embodies Chinese aesthetics, and while there are many photos, I won't go into too much detail since my writing skills aren't great.
It's a highly recommended hotel that lives up to its price in every aspect. The service truly makes you feel at home, with staff going above and beyond to fulfill any requests. The afternoon tea, breakfast, dinner at Sanglu, and the hotel's Chinese handicraft activities are all excellent.
The rooms are spacious with comfortable amenities. A particular highlight is the excellent privacy of the residences. During the few steps you take from your door, it's rare to encounter anyone else. (A lazy person might even feel comfortable enough not to lock the door!)

GGuest UserBring your baby to Shaoxing, the hotel upgraded our room for one day for free. Welcome fruit, dessert every day, butler service is very timely. Especially this housekeeper Xiao Ni. The hotel's Chinese restaurant for dinner is not expensive, there is a small zoo and horse riding 😀. The lawn is very large and suitable for outdoor. The hotel is very large, and there are many places such as the wine cellar that I don't have time to visit because I have a baby. I will come again next time.
AAnonymous UserThis hotel is truly excellent! From a distance, it looks very grand and upscale. Upon arriving at the front desk, I was greeted with warm and polite service, and they even offered me water – service gets full marks! The room I was assigned was comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. They also have a gym and a swimming pool, which is super convenient. I even managed to sleep in a bit and still enjoy a delicious and hearty breakfast. I'm definitely a fan, and I'll absolutely stay here again on my next business trip to Shaoxing.
