This hotel is beautiful from outside And inside ! The staff is is OK. I will give it one star 🌟 because it's to expensive for what you're getting. This is 3 star food selling for 5 star price! Do not order Bosnian pita and do not order salad I learned it the hard way!

My recent visit was a complete disappointment due to shockingly poor service. Despite having seven staff members on the floor, none bothered to serve customers. To make matters worse, a manager told me I had to wait for a waiter just to order a coffee. It was an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable experience.

In the mid of a heatwave this object has no proper shadow on the two terraces, putting two big fans in the closed area making huge noice with no cooling effect is not a solution, just an improvisation - pretending that the owner is “taking care of the guests”, but it isn’t. The prices are a shame. It is a so called “abzoken” - robbery, for such a “high star service” and treatment. You must change this “Relax Tours”.

We waited for order drinks and food 20 minutes and waited for the waiter to bring the drinks another 30 minutes. Service to poor, because there are not enough waiters to serve all the guests. Saturday and nice weather, you can guess that there will be more guests.

We made a big mistake in choosing to stay at Pino Nature Hotel between 10-15.04.2024. Unfortunately, even though the hotel is a 4-star hotel, they have avoided having employees who can intervene in any problems that may arise in the room at night. I think the hotel cannot generate enough income to have an employee on duty at night, and since the hotel cannot make a profit, it is interesting that the organizations that give stars to the hotel do not inspect it. Although we requested room cleaning before leaving the hotel during the day, when we returned to the hotel in the evening, we saw that the room was not cleaned and we explained this to the employee at the reception. He told us that the card attached to the door could rotate and therefore it could not be cleaned and that they could not help us overnight. The reason we chose this hotel was because we believed that we would receive clean and service, but we were forced to stay in an unclean room. The bad thing is that they are not helpful. I would like to express that I am not satisfied with the service at all.

What a wonderful hotel... I spent an unforgettable 4 nights in the nature , forest with snow , luxury hotel , delicious food . All the stuff is very kind and helpful, you feel that your are at your home. I recommend it and I will do this experience again .

Restaurant Prvi sumar is part of the hotel and has good food for good price. Menu is comprised of local dishes, staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the food they are serving. Restaurant is cozy and nicely decorated.

If you like the coziest room in nature,hiking in beautiful Trebevic, scrumptious meals,exceptional staff,top notch service of international standards and witness just outside your window a part of Sarajevo's history with part of the bobsled outside for display. And there are hiking trails all around the hotel giving endless possibilities for adventure
