If you would like to have a very beautiful view of the Tokyo SKYTREE Tower, book the family room that offers you this view!! It’s amazing to be able to see the tower day and night. Asakusa View Hotel gives that grandeur of a 5-star hotel at a reasonable pricing (not cheap for a family definitely). It’s a nice place to stay to experience the nostalgic Asakusa and old Japan iconic temples, Ameyayoko Shopping District and at the same time just so close by to the new and trendy Skytree Town for a day of shopping too! The bakery on the ground floor is amazing for my family of bread fanatics!! Everyday I spend like ＞ ¥20,000 on shio buns and anpans! Will definitely return again!!

Amazing view. Hotel gave us an upgrade so our room had a direct view of the sky tree. Love the lobby and gourmet food on the street. Walking distance to the Asakusa temple. Highly recommend to anyone!

A classic older hotel in a great location in the NE of Tokyo. We stayed there decades ago and wanted to return. We booked a bigger room on an upper floor and loved the views. It’s a huge hotel with minimal service. We missed feeling “taken care of”. It felt more like we were just processed in and out. Also, as an older hotel, there is little control over the temperature in your room. Either the whole hotel has heat or it has air conditioning. In the shoulder seasons where you may need heat one day and AC the next, your room can become uncomfortable. Our room faced east. The morning sun made our room unbearably hot until the sun moved. But the views made our stay memorable. FYI, rooms facing East have great views of the Tokyo Tower. Rooms facing west may get a view of Mount Fuji if the weather cooperates.

Enjoyable view with the SkyTree Tower. Not too close to the JR station, but it's quite close to tourist spots like Senso-Ji

Close to two subway lines. Convinent location to explore Asakusa. Good view of tokyo tower. Furnishing appears old with some carpeting ripping apart. Entire hotel is controlled via central heating so don't expect a cool/cold room in summer. Room was so stuffy at night we had to rely on the air purifier as a fan Laundry facilities is open when the gym is open in the morning and evening sessions, outside of these times the front desk needs to be contacted

We enjoyed our stay in Asakusa view hotel, nice breakfast with amazing skytree tower view and we hope to visit again soon.

Both staff from front desk and housekeeping were very helpful and polite. Location is excellent where is close to sightseeing spots, shopping malls and metro. Guest room size is much bigger than we expected especially larger than the regular hotels in Japan.

The location is good the problem is the reception can’t communicate with english language,and I had never seen that swimming pool should pay more than 20$ for hotel guest , I surprising

Location is good, with attractions all and subway all around. Depending on your room type, you can get a nice view of the Tokyo Skytree too.

Excellent location! I wanted to visit Sky tree in Tokyo and Asakusa hotel was in in a prime location. Not to mention the view was absolutely fantastic. We could see the Sky tree in all its glory right from the window of our hotel. The hotel itself was spacious which is a luxury in Japan. I mean, the whole experience was just amazing! Anytime I want to return to Tokyo, Asakusa hotel will definitely be at the top of my list.

The hotel is well located, modern and clean. Get a good view if staying on a high floor.

I like the location and the perfect view. But the types of food at breakfast are not enough for me although they are all tasty good.

The location is perfect, close to all train stations and the Japanese sky-tree.
