Highly recommend lanzerac hotel and spa. We were treated exceptionally well the whole time. Junior suite was huge, bathroom incredible. Beautiful grounds, delicious breakfast, innovative dinner. Wine tasting is included, guide was very knowledgeable. Spa was wonderful, big warm pool, hydro features, great treatments

Very relaxing and in a calm environment. The rooms is vey beautifull and very well organized. It's a must see . The stuff is so helpful and friendly always smiling that make your stay there very pleasant and relaxing. The services is excellent and I would recommend it anytime.

Have been staying at Lanzerac every year for almost 8 years for our company trip and it is always the highlight of the year. We are always welcomed with a smile! The service is out of this world and the staff are exceptional. The rooms are stunning, the views are amazing and the food wonderful. Cannot ask for more.

A special place being a vintage vineyard to 5 star standards but the staff are even more fantastic. We were late for our complimentary wine tasting and Cellar tour due to traffic but this was not a problem and a special outside normal tour was put on for us so may thanks (Sambione?). Additionally my wife needed to see a Doctor having had a bad cold for over a week. The front of house sorted a Doctor to come to our room and arranged for the prescription to be brought to the room. Truly outstanding service. Many thanks to the whole team.

We celebrated our Silver Jubilee Wedding Anniversary at Lancerac Hotel & Spa and the experience was nothing short of AMAZING! From the lovely champagne offered when checking in to the bottle of bubbles to the complimentary "Happy Anniversary" desserts we received at dinner and breakfast was a true spoil. The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff throughout the hotel made us feel super special during our stay. Will definitely be back again soon :)

We had a lovely stay at Lanzerac. The experience really raised the bar on our understanding of a leisure experience. From the serene surroundings, the luxurious facilities and their friendly, warm and professional service.

Hotel meraviglioso immerso nella natura, personale eccellente, visita privata della cantina. Camera eccezionale, dotata di ogni confort, minibar ricco, letto confortevole, calda vista la temperatura esterna..... Da considerare per un viaggio in famiglia o di coppia.

Jul 2024 • Couples The most amazing two night stay over last weekend. The service and politeness from the all the staff (even the gardeners!) was outstanding. Cellar tour and tasting was lead by a very knowledgeable young lady. Room was incredible, as was the room service. We even had our room and bed sprinkled with rose petals for our 50th wedding anniversary! ( a return to the same venue fifty years on) The food was outstanding. Had the rolled pork twice! Tea and scones in the deli was delicious. Could go on and on. A well run, well managed establishment all round. Well done Lanzerac. 5 stars! Will definitely be back.
