Beautiful old building that has been updated very tastefully. Clean and friendly staff. Valet parking only but was quick and easy to use.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Modern and thoughtful furnishings. Helpful staff and super location. It was actually a little bit too loud for sleeping if you’re in a room facing the main drag, even with earplugs. Bed very comfortable with high quality sheets. Great breakfast downstairs and good coffee.

I accidentally left my wallet in a drawer in our room. When I called The Lora to inquire about it, I was told that they would check with housekeeping and call me if they found anything. When I didn’t get a return call, I called and left a message for the manager to check the room and to call me, whether it was found or not. That was over 24 hours ago, and I still haven’t received a call from her. Very frustrating.

This is a cute hotel with a boutique feel. The cut brick and aesthetics are beautiful. The room is decent sized and the bathroom shower was nice and big. The staff were kind and sincere. Valet parking was well managed. The adjoining coffee shop serves superb coffee and the restaurant had great food.
