You just can’t fault the Premier inn at Hanley. The facilities are superb for the price you pay. We upgraded and the small different was worth it. The ladies on reception were polite, friendly and helpful. It’s a pleasure staying here. We’re on New Years Eve, see you soon.

Pleasant staff. Good spacious clean room There is an attached pub/restaurant which served good evening food and breakfast. There is plenty of free parking and is close to the shops. I will return next time I am working in or around Stoke. ...

We were visiting friends and relatives. Our stay was pleasant. We found thecstaff pleasant candles helpful. The room was clean had good facilities and had a very comfortable bed. We had breakfast here. The food was reasonably good. However there was one problem. We had reserved a table. We collect coffee, orange juice and toast. We left them on thecrablecwhilecwe collected hot food from the buffet breakfast. We returned to the tablecloth find the waitress had cleared it. It should have been obvious that as items were still warm and untouched that we hadn't finished. This was wasteful as coffee anfctosstvwerevthrown away. It was very inconvenient as I then had to recollect coffee and toast. I had to queue for these so by the time I sat down to breakfast it was more orcless cold. Ridiculous that someone had to remain at the table so itcdiesn't get cleared.

The smell of stale smoke in the room was the first give away, then discovered a crushed beer can, cigarette ends, and ask and a plastic bag stuffed in the kettle in the room. Charged twice for a single night stay, Bathroom not cleaned identified by the obscene graffiti that made itself appear when the steam filled the bathroom. Confirms the cleaning at this hotel is sub standard.

The room, in the Annexe, was much noisier than we usually find in a Premier Inn. The hotel seems to serve a lot of people who get up much earlier than we want to. Footsteps in the rooms above were loud enough to disturb us. We were slightly inconvenienced by the fact that there was only one cup each, no glasses were provided.

Clean, comfy and modern room. Great location for Waterworld. Really friendly and helpful staff too. Only issue was problems with the self service checkout though the member of staff on duty was really helpful. Overall the perfect place to chill in the evening after a busy day.

I had a great night's sleep bed was very comfortable. The staff were very good and one person Emily went out of her way to make me feel well looked after in brewers fayre. I will be recommending Premier Stoke on Trent to my friends and return soon.

Stayed here overnight with family after a trip to polar express found the rooms spacious clean and comfy , well stocked tea and coffee, breakfast has loads of choice food and drink very nice staff go the extra mile highly recommend a stay here
