Took a long time to get someone from the very roudy be to come and check me in. It’s a very very old hotel that creeks and has so much outdated/faded mismatch wood furniture.

Took a while to get through on phone, but very helpful when we managed to speak to someone.
Victoria sorted our booking which we had made an error on.
Room was clean and decent size with usual amenities. Proper double bed was extremely comfortable.
Attached pub restaurant served decent evening meal at fair price.
We did not stay for breakfast so can't comment on size or quality but it did seem expensive.

Very basic and restaurant noisy with sports screens. Breakfast better. Room OK some noise from carpark as room overlooked it. This was midweek. Might be very noisy weekends. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathroom not cleaned in the corners

The hotel just needs Abit of TLC seems to have got well used, room was clean, bed, sink, toilet bath. Just needs updating because seems to be Abit dated. Got in room very warm and cosy but to warm for the night, so turned the heater off completely and I was still warm through the night so I opened the window. Restaurant next door caters for adults aswell as children, was very busy when we went for food can't complain about it seems to be well priced and affordable for drinks to, have offers on throughout the week. Separate bar next to the restaurant area with music. Seems to attract a lot of families, be aware you will get the odd children running around but for me it wasn't much of a problem.

I’ve stayed at the hotel before & appreciate the large car park, location, great restaurant. The corridors are in need of some TLC but my room was very nice & spacious. The beds are always comfy & the room was quiet so I got a good sleep. The staff are always very friendly & helpful
