Everyone here truly has the heart of an innkeeper, and it made my stay feel extra special. A special shoutout to Linda, the night auditor, who went above and beyond. Knowing I had an early 4am flight, she made sure the coffee was set up for me to grab on my way out. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect example of the genuine hospitality this property offers. Highly recommend!

Very good. TV not intuitive and light over bed won't shift at all. Minor matters - why I subtracted 1* Would have been 1/2* if possible.

I recently stayed at Outbound and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I especially want to mention Ben, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend Outbound Stowe for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The resort is very clean and dog friendly. There is a walking path behind the hotel which was great for the dogs. The bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was the TV. There is no cable. It is a smart TV so you have all of those channels. You can try to log into one of your streaming services but we had issues. We kept getting dropped. It was not the end of the world though. Would love to go back and stay in one of their cute cabins.

The rooms are very nice and new and very clean. Bathroom is spacious. Having the restaurant available was great and there are some dog friendly areas with bags and trash cans. Location is excellent. WiFi didn’t work and beware the walls are thin. We ran the fan which helped with the neighbor noise.

Best place to stay will be coming again. The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful really went over and beyond to make this a special experience. Oh also, the trail behind is a short walk to Main Street, which I found very convenient:)

Our stay at Outbound Stowe was really enjoyable. I booked my reservation 4 months in advance which I found out later was before this place had even opened after remodel. I think that added to some of the listing being inaccurate. I booked the least expensive room with a full bed over a queen bed bunk. We got to the room and it was just a twin bunk bed. I didn’t think to check my reservation but wished I had to ask for some compensation. Then my husband went to shower and it didn’t work, likely the previous guest accidentally breaking it. After a staff member tried twice to fix it they did send an emergency plumber over and thankfully it was fixed with enough time before bed to shower after our travels. They did remodel this old motel very thoughtfully. With ample hooks on the walls and a sound machine in each room to be used for the night. The pool and hot tub are some of the largest I’ve ever seen for a hotel (non resort) stay. The fire pits and restaurant are open till 10pm so a nighttime cocktail in the hot tub was a perfect ending to the weekend. The ambiance was fun too with DJ providing music for the 15ish people who were around the fires on that cold night.

My fiancé and I visited Stowe for a wedding the first week of October (Beautiful time of year to visit!!). We selected Outbound as it was recommended by the Bride and Groom, it was close drive to almost everything in Stowe. The check-in process was super easy and we received a map of the little property along with local suggestions for exploring. They also have a perfect walking trail that leads into town. We did have an issue with our lock in our door, however maintenance came to the assistance. Once we realized it was not fixable, they moved our room so it was great. We ate at The Eastside restaurant, Jack Shawna and Maddie were great bartenders and servers. Super personal and so fun, I recommend sitting bar top when you visit so you can get to know them! I highly recommend the bonfire pits for free smores every evening! :)
