Run down uncared for hotel. Owners do not care about dirt and deteriorated conditions. Hallways and walkways are a mess. Walkways not good and no proper lighting for safety. There is no convenient way to get to your room because you must walk through a maze to find the elevators and floors. Do not stay here!!

I picked this location specifically because ******* said they have a hot tub (with photos!) and I'd be walking around ALL DAY at the Brimfield flea market. They did NOT have a hot tub and removed it 4 years ago. The rooms were nice, beds were comfy, but if you get an atrium room (looking out to the pool and conference area) you will hear people pushing laundry carts and suitcase carts on the tile floors at 6-7am and it echoes and is very loud. No free coffee, except for the tiny machine in your room. You have to buy kcups from the vending machine and the employee at the front desk said that the kcup machine wasn't working.

It's not what it used to be 15 years ago. Apparently ownership charged in 2020, to the detriment of this once phenominal property, yet somehow, the price has increased dramatically. I never saw house cleaning, both the dining and breakfast restaurants are no longer in operation, there were only two luggage carts (for a 125 room hotel) and they were both missing. No part of this hotel has been maintained, and the few "repairs" I saw were literally black duct tape hold floors and walls together, perilously. The 5 staff members were friendly, decent, and amenable, but since they weren't provided with any tools for successful customer service, they could offer nothing but the grace they bring to the table.
So sad to see a once beautiful property be intentionally left to rot.

The place was rundown it says that has a restaurant but didn’t
The air conditioner was not working properly the rugs in the room were smelling musty overall I paid too much for that place

The price was cheap which is nice but the hotel is run down . It needs new beds, the mattress we had sunk in the middle and was hard to sleep 2 people on it. 20+ years ago I bed this hotel was real nice. Now needs a lot of work.
