The hotel is accomodating.. Staff are well mannered and approachable.

This actually was an extension of my stay due to a join-in of another family member. Again, the front desk is very friendly, and welcome guests with warm Japanese hospitality I will definitively choose this hotel as my designated accommodation in Tokyo.

Place is really good. Close to different MTR lines. Only 5 mins can reach station and go to take Skyliner to Airport.

The room is a bit small, but the staff are kind and supportive. My daughter liked the public bath. It is convenient to go there from Ueno JR. I can feel safe to walk around and eat even after 11am.

Located near the ueno station and skyliner which is convenient to move around. However not so much for family travelers as it is surrounded by bars and food stalls. Used it as a transit hotel so expectations was not high, decent for a night stay. Carpet smells though, time to change it.

This is not 2017 hotel year like it mentioned in the website and not clean hotel but it is near the Chinese market . It is closed to the JR station only 600 meters away. There is many restaurants nearby.

For Ueno area a well located hotel. Incheck was extremely fast and rooms basic but good

The location is very good. The hot spring looks like hot water,, hard to tell it’s real or not.

Depends on what rooms you choose. Ours were small, but we would not trade the location or service.

The hotel location was good. It's near the train station. We stayed in a triple Japanese type room for about S$ 400 per night. The room was very small for 3 persons, with practically no space for walking to the bed for one person and he need to crawl up to the bed to sleep. My wife could not have a decent sleep on the first night because the mattress she slept on was damaged, sunken in the middle portion. After a night of poor quality sleep, we notified the reception and asked for transfer to another room. Checks were arranged by the staff and we finally were able to transfer to another room. We wasted much time because of the transfer to another room. The staff whom has carried out the checks were helpful in expediting the room transfer. Our useful time in Tokyo were reduced due to the badly worn out mattress and the necessity to change room.

The hotel is near Ueno Station and there are many restaurants around. A good choice for long travelers. The staff at the front desk is polite and pleasant. The hotel room and the bathroom are small but clean, neat and tidy. Regret that we have no time for spa.

Location is good but the hotel service is terrible no availability of transportation to and from airport.

Hot bath is excellent and disposables are provided. Coffee and tea are free of charge.
