Habitaciones y sábanas sucias, baños con pelos. Al llegar tuvieron que venir a limpiar. No pegamos ojo por los ruidos. Trato lamentable Nos fuimos dos noches antes de lo previsto porque es imposible descansar ahí, y no devuelven el dinero.

Hotel antiguo obsoleto, y con personal rancio sin amabilidad no nos explicaron nada, no te sientes como en casa, no cuidan los detalles, hotel sin alma, hacen que no te apetezca volver. Una pena porque el edificio y la ubicación tiene potencial pero tienen que cambiar el concepto totalmente.

Pode ser hotel de 4 estrelas, mas só da recepção para cima. Serviço de pequeno-almoço e jantar de mesmo muito baixa qualidade e variedade. Indescritível para as ditas 4 estrelas. Nada relacionado com a categoria do hotel e muito menos com a Cantábria.

FOTOS FALSAS PERSONAL DECEPCIONANTE Es de lo mas barato de la zona y eso hace que sea de lo peor, dependiendo la fecha en la que vayas los locales están cerrados y no hay desayuno ni nada. El personal es desagradable y poco profesional, y ofrecen servicios que no los dan!

Pues hombre, Hotel limpio y cómodo, buena ubicación. Pero de las fotos, increíbles, a la realidad..... Ojo..... Pregunten antes de ir, si el desayuno será el de la foto o el de hotelucho de 2*.... Porque elegimos este hotel, siendo más caro que otro que teníamos previsto solo por la calidad del desayuno (en fotos) y la desilusión fue terrible. Al borde del enfado, pero la persona que nos atendió fue super amable y no tenía responsabilidad de ese desayuno.

El personal muy desagradable, sobre todo el personal que se encuentra en el restaurante. Fuimos en grupo y parecía que estaban deseando que nos fuésemos. Muy decepcionante. Si tuviéramos que repetir no sería en este hotel desde luego.

El hotel deja mucho que desear en todos los aspectos. Habitaciones muy desfasadas, en general el interior no deja la mejor sensacion. Pero lo peor el desayuno, que tristeza de desayuno, no habia de nada. Mucho tienen que mejorar.

El mantenimiento del hotel deja mucho que desear. Las habitaciones están sucias y los baños muy deteriorados. Es un hotel que no merece las 3 *. Se ve que lo han querido modernizar un poco pero aún les falta bastante. Lo peor de todo es el ruido de la carretera que está enfrente y la mayoría de las ventanas dan a esta parte y al no tener aire acondicionado, las ventanas tenían que estar abiertas por el calor que hacia.Lo único bueno es el desayuno que tiene todo lo imaginable, porque la comida y la cena tampoco hay mucha variedad y porque estas comidas se realizan en el hotel de 4*. Su ubicación está en medio entre el pueblo y la playa y sería buena sino estuviera en cuesta, tanto para subir al pueblo, como para subir de la playa. También está bien el parking siempre y cuando no haya muchos coches para poder aparcar, sino te toca buscarte la vida
