I don't like reviews, but I'll write a few words.
If you searched for White Rock, I assume you already have some idea of the location, so I'll pass on this...
Some of the facilities are outdated, but it's not a bad place to take a break.
Is the swimming pool and water park worth enjoying?
However, the lobby counter staff's attitude towards customers was unpleasant.

There are no restrictions even if Filipino guests smoke on the beach.
Even though they play music and make noise until 2 or 3 in the morning, there is no restraint.
I want to enjoy a comfortable night's sleep, but the hotel staff are noisy outside my room in the morning.
The phone in the room was broken, so I asked them to fix it twice, but they didn't fix it, and the taxi they asked me to call to go to the restaurant during dinner time was much more expensive than the market price.
It's a place I don't want to remember.

Overall experience was okay, can be better. The pools were very well maintained and clean, the beach was fantastic, they have multiple activities to provide to their guest and the hotel was amazing! The spacious room we booked an accommodate up to 8 people !
Our overnight stay was not crowded compared to to the holidays, not much people but the downturn we experience was the service we received was slow. We used one of their pools and requested for a beach towel, after waiting and following up for more than 30 mins, we gave up and walk to our hotel shivering. The life guard who helped us followed up of our request said that the housekeeping was slow and many excuses though there were not much people. Second one was on the Naya restaurant bar and grill, as we observed the restaurant was not full yet our orders took an hour before it was served…..
Overall, the facilities was fantastic!

Unit very small, have mosquito and cockroach, my friend's unit is split type aircon, my unit window type aircon so noisy.
There is no kettle, have free bottle water .
