服務員服務態度很好，房間衞生乾淨，空間寬敞，設施齊全，有大浴缸，帶小孩在洗澡很方便。距離市內和高速口都很近，萬達就五分鐘就到了，挺方便。有小童樂園，小孩子去玩了快一個小時，走的時候送了礦泉水，很貼心

酒店位置距離高鐵站很近15分鐘很方便，服務人員很熱情，房間升級安排了朝江的大床房，景色尤其是夜景很漂亮。服務人員説是自助餐品種挺多早上臨時去餐廳購買了早餐，確實挺不錯，老牌酒店，設施維護的還行，房間空間大，帶陽台浴缸，衞生很乾凈。下次來隨州還會選擇這裏

景色視野不錯，服務幾乎沒有，服務員態度不好，各種對客的話術套路，沒有真誠可言，一線價格二線服務。帶孩子去的，去了一下所謂的小童樂園，味道大的要把人送走，玩的東西也好多壞的，600多不建議住這裏

酒店整體感覺很好，房間很大、乾淨，沒有異味，我們需要回床被子也很快拿來了，訂的雙床房，兩個床還可以拼到一起，方便了我們這有兩個小朋友的家庭，睡得很舒服，房間還有個大大的陽台，小友朋在上面吹泡泡玩得很開心，美中不足的是酒店的自助晚餐種類太少了。
