Hotel L&B- Free Parking

We stayed at the L&B for 2 weeks in June and it was fantastic. A lovely family run hotel that was spotlessly clean with great staff. The pool, while small, was exceptional. Really clean and quiet almost every day, never had trouble getting a sun bed or a table. The sun was on you all day. Our room was lovely. Spacious and clean with a brilliant balcony overlooking the pool. The room was cleaned daily and towels and sheets were replaced every couple of days. There was a tv, fridge, hairdryer, wardrobe and plenty of sockets. The air con was amazing. If I had one small complaint, it would be the shower curtain. Not a fan of those at all. The food was great. Huge menu with plenty of choice and always came piping hot. Drinks weren’t the cheapest but still not expensive. Location was great. Less than 30 mins from the airport, 10 minute walk to Flower Street and had a late night shop right across the road. The staff were great. Always helpful and polite. Management were always around and made you feel like friends. Shout out to Petko working in the restaurant and around the pool. He’s a real asset to the team! Overall, a brilliant stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Stayed from 15th-29th June 2024. This is a great little family run hotel. 24 hour reception which was handy as we arrived at around 1.30am. Free Parking, just tell the reception that you have a car & they'll give you a pass to put in the car for the duration of your stay. The whole place is kept spotlessly clean. We went Bed & Breakfast (served between 8am & 10am) plenty of choice - sausage, egg, beans, tomatoes, toast etc, cheeses or cold meats, yogurt, cereals... so plenty of choice for everyone. We booked a double room and had the double and a spare single too. plenty of storage in the wardrobe & also bedside drawers and drawers in the dressing table. Aircon was included and there was also a small fridge, and a tv in the room (not that we switched it on) plug socket next to the bed, we always take a 4 gang extension lead so good for charging phones etc overnight. Our balcony looked over the pool from one side and was opposite another apartment block at the front, There was a table, 2 chairs, a stool and a clothes dryer on the balcony. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, but not in the room obviously. The bathroom is perfectly adequate, and the shower is good. There didn't seem to be any problem getting sunbeds around the pool, although we don't tend to stay put when we are on holiday, we always hire a car & spend most of the day out exploring. We ate at the pool bar pretty much every night, the menu is vast, very well priced & every meal we had over the 2 weeks was spot on. The country style lamb was exceptional, as was the chicken in creamy sauce. The pizzas are freshly made & again really good, we found that a lot of people who weren't staying at the hotel still came there to eat. The drinks again are good & well priced (3 cocktails for 25lev) I tried most of them (hic!) Every single member of staff/family were really pleasant. Big shout out to Iva who is an absolute delight, she is great fun & gave us some really good suggestions of where we should visit, even if she did think we were completely bonkers for spending all day driving around (4,000 kilometres we did in 2 weeks!) Another shout out to Petko, he was the new waiter when we arrived, by the time we left he'd settled in nicely and was doing a great job and having a laugh... Nice one footy boy! :D All in all we had a great stay at this hotel, it's far enough from the main ***** to not be really noisy, but only 10 minutes to walk into the thick of it. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is lovely Clean , enough towels, bed two singles put together, quilt and over cover for the people who feel the cold in any weather. Great air conditioning when needed, About 6 English channels on tv ranging from three movie channels (b movies) , sky news . Food is great and breakfast is massive. Staff are lovely very friendly.

Very nice here staff are lovely, very clean place would definitely recommend, we came here in 2022 aswell, restaurant was excellent too, very helpful and they did sell cigarettes, would definitely come back here again. Our apartment was very nice and clean

Dea! Is the sunshine of the hotel! I do come here every day of and im absolutely satisfied with the atmosphere so i’ will keep coming here again and again! All my live I’ve been working in hotels around the world so i’ i do recommend this restaurant and the food! Best regards! This hotel was a great find …. Absolutely spotless clean …. Run by a family who were all so helpful… even helped us out with a kettle……chambermaids we’re so kind and made us laugh every day … we didn’t eat much there as there were so much options down the town …. Pool area was well kept and beautiful rose’s

From the moment I arrived till the time I left on the 9th June I was impressed. The hotel is in a quiet area but still less than 5 minutes from the beach. The staff were so friendly and the manager couldn’t do enough to help me as a lone traveler. The food was excellent and the service exceptional. I will be back in September and I would stay in no other place. Thank you, thank you for your kindness!

Rooms- were clean and well equipped. We had a top floor room that looked north. View wasn't too bad and the rooms were kept clean. The fridge wasn't very good, didn't really cool things to the temp you'd expect. Staff- we were made to feel welcome and the staff that we dealt with were nice Ivan worked hard and deserves credit. Pool area - Pool is small and when the hotel is full there is limited space. The atmosphere around the pool was chilled and relaxed (until you bought food or drink in from outside) Food & Drink - included breakfast was pretty poor, with the coffee being undrinkable. Luckily there was a vending machine across the way that knocks out delicious Lavazza coffee for about 25 pence. The breakfast that they sell on the other hand is pretty nice, if a 'Full English' is your think and it was plenty of people's, because people of all nationalities came in daily to sample it. The rest of the menu was varied, tasty, well cooked, if a bit over priced. As were the drinks, both alcohol and non-alcohol. Location - Set back away from the main streets and heart of the resort but within easy walking distance of most places. Beach - 10 minutes. WaterPark - 10 minutes. Flower St. - 10 minutes. Bolero restaurant - 5 minutes. Djannys - 8 minutes. Pretty quiet around the hotel . Overall - a good middle of the road small hotel. Not brilliant. Not terrible. We wouldn't return, but many people do

I was made to feel extremely bad for being unhappy with my stay! I booked this hotel due to good reviews, i don’t understand the hype. I believe you could find a much better stay for a similar price. The pool is even smaller in person than in photos I believe and around the pool is extremely slippy I even watched one lady get injured after a bad fall due to this. On our first night our passports were not returned to us however when we asked for them back I will admit it was no issue. The second red flag at the time was the dodgy aircon (it was fixed but as a young girl staying here for the first time arriving late at night I was very concerned with all of the issues we faced day one). Third red flag was waking up in the morning to the door being wide open (we were told by staff this was our own fault, I can assure you it was closed correctly and locked) the room is extremely bright in the morning. Food is disgusting, everything is overpriced and you can’t bring in anything from outside the hotel. The shower is a joke water goes everywhere and the shower curtain sticks to you while you’re in it. I wanted to move hotels and was very upset at reception where I was mocked for being upset with the hotel and told it wasn’t their issue. I asked for receptionist name (main man in charge) and he wrote it on the back of someone’s passport copy giving me all of their information and photo which I taught was very inappropriate as I would not want a copy of my passport handed out to random strangers. Reception staff were extremely rude to us the rest of our stay even making the occasional dig simply because I nicely voiced I was wanting to move hotels at the start of the stay. (Ivan, waiter was extremely kind as well as a few other workers and maids) but considering I had the walk by the reception desk everyday I felt extremely uncomfortable. Room was clean and spacious. Balcony was a nice size.
