Great friendly service. Young boy Rahul at reception ***** with other staff (girls) were very helpful and prompt in service. Wish we had breakfast included with booking. It was online glitch but staff did their best to help. Room service was quick and of good quality.

The hotel is one of the first five star places in Surat. So it’s got history. It’s showing in a few places but no more than expected with a property this age. Service was extremely good and attentive. Overall, a good place to stay in Surat.

Hotel under renovation during stay Renovated late at night, a lot of noise, Ctrip did not prompt when booking, which seriously affected sleep. Called the front desk and said that the decoration was ended very early, but ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

The over all Experience of the stay was excellent. The check in process was smooth and prompt. Our overall experience was much elevated by some quick service from the IN ROOM dining team headed by Vikas who understood our brief right and got the food customised as per our requirements. The breakfast experience was also fantastic with a great spread coupled with some very friendly and smiling faces like Tarun and Kishan Servicing the guest and making them comfortable…Thank you for this experience
