Hotels near Nirvana Shoppers, Surat

The provided rooms are not upto the mark, ac is not working properly, blanket and bedsheet is not clean properly. Hygiene is a main concern for every individual kindly look into this direction, so the costomer feel safe n spend some quality time with there love ones. Thanks.

Comfortable stay. Clean rooms and cooperative staff. Center location with access to restaurants and public transport. Recommended for family and business stays. Enjoyed the stay.

Great rooms great stay. The staff are very kind and cooperative especially Pawan, arjun ,pooja and sudip. Hotel is located in a great location. Mirchi restaurant on 12th floor has a very nice ambience and buffet is very tasty. Hotel also offers swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, spa and steam room on 4th and 5th floor. Do remember to bring gym shoes and a swimming costume ***** with a swimming cap......

Great friendly service. Young boy Rahul at reception ***** with other staff (girls) were very helpful and prompt in service. Wish we had breakfast included with booking. It was online glitch but staff did their best to help. Room service was quick and of good quality.

There were a couple of issues, 1) in nonsmoking hotel, some people were smoking in their room so the lobby was stinking 2) jet shower was not working properly 3) cobweb and mosquitoes were in the room

I couldn't get it from the pictures that the hotel was inside a business complex. I personally never liked such setup and this stay reconfirms my belief. Hotel didn't have luggage pickup service so we have to drag our luggage from road till lift lobby. Thankfully taxi driver helped us with stairs. Then we have to do some room shifting as we were placed in a smaller room. Bathroom in our room was in a really bad shape. Looks like someone directed all his anger on our room's bathroom. Meanwhile AC in our room started leaking randomly. Sheets were not properly washed. I can keep on going but it was more of a poor selection on my part. I am sure hotel has a lot to offer to its right set of audience but maybe I was not the right fit here. After being placed in a smaller room, we finally got the room that we've selected (apparantly it was somewhat premium room and they fail to mention it in booking app). Room was ok. Size was decent. Lacks cleaning though. View form the room was good. They have their own restaurant on the same floor so food was delivered promptly. With the kind of setup they have, food quality was also passable.

The hotel is one of the first five star places in Surat. So it’s got history. It’s showing in a few places but no more than expected with a property this age. Service was extremely good and attentive. Overall, a good place to stay in Surat.
