Hotels near Nirvana Shoppers, Surat

My extended stay here. It was good, no disturbance. Staff are polite.Breakfast not the best but the price was low so it's ok. If hotel read this please use part of your allowance to buy breakfast to include tea

It was a good stay but i would like to suggest that rooms can be more cleaner service was at its best and hospitality was also very good and amazing food so overall everything was good at the hotel. I don’t have any images

In a time when many hotels inconvenience their customers with rigid check-in and check-out policies, The Park in Surat is setting a new benchmark for hospitality. One of my business associates was traveling from Mumbai to Surat, and due to an unavoidable schedule, he was arriving at 10:00 AM. I explained the situation and requested assistance from the manager, Mr. Guna. Despite the hotel being fully booked the previous night, he assured us that he would do his best. To our delight, they arranged a room within 10 minutes of the guest’s arrival. The staff’s courteous, accommodating, and welcoming attitude truly enhanced the experience. They truly deserve recognition for their outstanding hospitality. Well done, Team The Park!

Easy to reach place by gps & property at business location & transportation availability is nearby place

I couldn't get it from the pictures that the hotel was inside a business complex. I personally never liked such setup and this stay reconfirms my belief. Hotel didn't have luggage pickup service so we have to drag our luggage from road till lift lobby. Thankfully taxi driver helped us with stairs. Then we have to do some room shifting as we were placed in a smaller room. Bathroom in our room was in a really bad shape. Looks like someone directed all his anger on our room's bathroom. Meanwhile AC in our room started leaking randomly. Sheets were not properly washed. I can keep on going but it was more of a poor selection on my part. I am sure hotel has a lot to offer to its right set of audience but maybe I was not the right fit here. After being placed in a smaller room, we finally got the room that we've selected (apparantly it was somewhat premium room and they fail to mention it in booking app). Room was ok. Size was decent. Lacks cleaning though. View form the room was good. They have their own restaurant on the same floor so food was delivered promptly. With the kind of setup they have, food quality was also passable.

The hotel is one of the first five star places in Surat. So it’s got history. It’s showing in a few places but no more than expected with a property this age. Service was extremely good and attentive. Overall, a good place to stay in Surat.
