Sandpebble Beach Club Surfside Beach a Ramada by Wyndham

Great condo with a view This was our first time at this property. Even though it could use a little maintenance in some areas it was still a very nice condo. I loved that we had a full kitchen and plenty of room even in a one bedroom. We really enjoyed being oceanfront and the fact that the beach access was super close so you didnt feel like you were walking miles to and from the beach. The management staff were super friendly too even sending a text to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely be booking this property again for future vacations.

Enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved the ocean front view from the bedroom and balcony. Thermostat was set to 70 but they came and fixed it so we could set on 68 at night which helped us to sleep more comfortably. Elevator never worked the 4 nights we stayed which made checkin and checkout more difficult with all our things. Starter supplies were helpful. We would stay here again but definitely recommend elevator be fixed, thankful we were not on top 3rd floor. Overall nice place to stay and we enjoyed our time in Surfside Beach.

Run down The beach access, patio and hot tub were completely blocked off and unavailable. Everything was covered in sand. Hot tub was full of sand. Room was mostly clean but dining room chairs were ripped up and unusable. Patio doors were fogged up because of broken seals. Interior doors were warped from water damage. One toilet kept running and had to be shut off. Luggage carts were rusted and falling apart.

Responsive Team Customer Service is very responsive and the property was nice, right off the beach. The pool was being renovated and the tv’s were problematic but we were really there for the beach. We would stay again.

Overall it was a great place to stay and it had a nice ocean view within walking distance to the beach. It would've been nice if the hot tub worked and also a pool for families would also be a plus. Our experience with the property was still very good and would still recommend.

The room was like a condo. 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, living room , full kitchen and deck. You are right on the beach! We woke up in the morning to have coffee and watch the sun rise. The beaches are beautiful. The first day we walked 14 miles ( we are crazy athletes ). There is no management on site so you have to call if you need something. One time I had to call 5 times before someone came to fix a problem. Hot tub was broken but we didn't want to use a hot tub when it is 90 degrees. Plenty of parking for our rental car close to the building. I liked the electronic door locks. They email or text you the door code at about 2 pm the day you arrive. I made several phone calls to find this out before I arrived. For the price this was a great place to stay.
