We thoroughly enjoyed our room and thought the staff and location were great. We didn’t care for the extra fees or the fact that we wanted the bar to open later than 9 PM. The shower was also very slow to drain. Otherwise, great stay. Would recommend this stay for people going to North Miami.

I was really hoping the staff would be more receptive of our basic complaints. We’re not high maintenance but the basic amenities weren’t working. The phone in the room didn’t work, and the safe for our important documents/belongings was broken. When I told them that they weren’t working, they were like if you need anything you can just walk to the front desk and that I don’t have to worry about anything getting stolen. It wasn’t so reassuring. Unfortunately, I can recommend this hotel to peers.

The service was so so. The vouchers didn’t work. Ordering food was a nightmare. The worst thing about this hotel was the mattress. I had severe lower back pain sleeping on the worst mattress I’ve ever experienced. Hidden fees and over priced parking. Over priced over cooked wings too. With crazy wait times for wings.

Nice location and beach towels and chairs were nice. But a lot of stuff in the room did not work (outlets, switches) and the extra bedding for the bed had a ton of black hairs all over it making me believe it wasn't clean. Also one dresser drawer had items in it from a previous guest. The service and food from the bar kitchen was extremely slow (40 mins for a salad, two burgers and chicken fingers). The $30 resort credit is a bit scammy, because they force you to pay it but then when you use it you also pay 18% tip and tax on top of that, even if you just get bottled water with it. Seems like another money making jab at guests. Not terrible, but will never stay here again.

Overall everything was OK, Even though I was giving something different than what I had reserved. ******* offers a room with a partial ocean view, but that’s almost impossible since the hotel is not located right on front of the beach. Breakfast is included by the menu is very limited and is the same every single day. Front desk crew is very kind and helpful Even though the company’s rules Wouldn’t provide them with too many solutions For the clients (In my case, they couldn’t even search in the system. They had another room available, When I asked for it basically the answer it was: “ That’s what we have available”…

Horrible experience at this hotel Marriott Bonvoy. They have definitely gone down the drain. Motel 6 is better to stay at. Manager, female, is horrible, very unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. Highly overpriced for this very low quality establishment!
