Premier Inn Birmingham North (S.Coldfield)

The hotel is small but since it was a nearby hotel to my relatives in Sutton Coldfield. However, overall the hotel is not bad and quiet, the restaurant provides a wide variety of British brewage

Very decent hotel. Clean and tidy. Kerry on the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a short stay. Will return next time I’m in the area. Tesco express/petrol station near by if you need a few a few things. + biggish car park

This hotel covered all my needs and was close enough to the places I needed to be that it was a good choice. The night and day staff were very supportive. The hotel was spotless and very quiet. The parking was just as I needed.

Poor experience. The car park was dreadful with craters all over the place. Hotel room nice enough but aircon very noisy. The instructions in the room related to a differnet unit and in the end the only way I could stop it so I could sleep was removing my key card from the socket so the lights went off too. Staff pleasant but not outstanding. The pub next door (their restaurant) was dreadful - no healthy options and the fish and chips turned out to be some asian over-farmed, contaminant-laden, environmentally-unfriendly junk fish rather than cod. No other eateries nearby.

Stayed here for the DP World tour at the Belfry. My stay was extremely comfortable and stress free even with the staff being short due to an illness with a colleague. Bed was very comfortable after a long drive from down south, shower was powerful and spacious. Plenty of parking and warm & welcoming staff. Especially Emily & Beverly, who took great care and detail when it came to my stay. Big Thank you to Emily and Beverly!

First time at the Belfry and needed a hotel nearby. This was very convenient and met all our needs. Probably the friendliest welcome we've had at a Premier Inn. All staff very polite especially Bev on reception.

Very friendly staff, tidy room one faulty light fan photography from Kathy at the reception desk. Fab stay would recommend it and would definitely stay here again. Staff helped us get where we were going and were very attentive and helpful 10 out of 10

Clean and tidy. Beds and bathrooms are immaculate. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Kerry on reception who helped us sort our breakfast booking which we had missed. For the price you really can't do better. We would definitely stay here again.
