The hotel room is big and comfortable, with helpful staff. Nice stay in general.

Nice hotel. Close to station and supermarket. Only few services. No washing machines liquid. Need to buy yourself.

Staff friendly, very close to train station with all the tools you need in the kitchen. Mattress is a bit not too comfortable

Hotel was clean and ready before I got there , staff are very welcoming and the rooms are so spacious ,definitely recommend it

Not much reception support but the staff is very friendly. The room is nice and clean. I love the washing machine and every kitchenware. Detergent for dish is provided but not for clothes. New sponge and cloth are given for dish washing

Room is well-equipped for business trip

I love the kitchen with cutlery provided. Microwave oven and dishwasher (5 tablets provided)/ washing machine with dry clean provided but pls bring your own wash tablet. They also have detergent , a cloth for dish washing . No rubbish bin bag provided but can ask for one at reception as you need to clean your own rubbish. Everything was fine as I can open the window at my side of rooms. Don't know if it applies to all room in adagio. The only downside is the very slow wifi speed which only has a max 4-5mbps through out the day. If possible choose the room facing the west as you can have a unblocked view of southwest London

The hotel is clean and new. The staff are helpful and friendly. It is located next to the high street of Sutton, close to train station, supermarket and lots of shops. There is parking in the hotel and the train station which charge reasonable daily rate.

The hotel is 3min to Sutton station, but the fare out of lodon round trip is about hk$120-$145, buying tickets is more expensive than using master card, Sunday shifts are chaotic, often canceled, weekdays normal, this line children 5 years old to pay. There are several supermarkets nearby, the hotel includes breakfast, rich breakfast, not down to eat can also ask him to take a box to take to the room to eat, outside an all day breakfast about £ 6.8, here to eat full, a Hong Kong person is Staff. The room is large, but the cooking stove is low, it takes longer to cook, this price, very good

The front desk of the hotel is very kind and courteous. The room is large, clean and well-equipped. There is a dishwasher, but the washing machine does not provide laundry detergent, so it is suitable for long-term stays.
