房間空間算充足，看得出來酒店有些年歲了但一切配備依然完好乾淨。房間可以看見諏訪湖，很漂亮。浴場望出去的景也不錯。自助早餐中規中矩。總體挺滿意

是衝著洗温泉而選擇的酒店，酒店開業有些年頭了，所以設施稍顯陳舊。温泉不錯，水質很好，而且可供選擇的温泉有好幾個。自助早餐也很豐富，酒店對面就是諏訪湖，風景很美。酒店距離車站不遠，可預約接送站服務。

The annex building is an old building and the rooms are older, but you can use the bathhouse on the 14th floor of the main building. The entire Suwa Lake comes into view, so beautiful and enjoyable. In addition, Shadian has several shuttles to the station, so you don’t need to drag your luggage when you leave in the morning.

The location, hotel facilities, and breakfast were all great. I would recommend this hotel. If I had to say one thing, it was unfortunate that the outdoor bath was surrounded by a fence so you couldn't see the view.

Great value for money, great hot springs

The hotel is very spacious, standard hotel-style hotel. The best thing is the hot spring on the top floor of the main building, the view is amazing! There are many types of breakfast, Japanese style, the presentation is beautiful and you can eat it all.

The staff lacks international exposure and provides poor service and attitude towards foreign tourists.

I stayed in two room types. The front desk helped me arrange a room on the first night and asked me to leave my luggage in the room the next day. It was very worry-free and convenient. The rooms in the annex are quite old, but the price is low. The lake view rooms in the main building have first-class views! You can enjoy the breakfast hot springs as well. The breakfast tastes very good and the hot spring view is the best. Take an electronic questionnaire and some candies. There is a geyser next to it, and it is only a 12-minute walk from Kamisuwa Station. All in all, very satisfied!
