Sugadaira Sun Hotel

7月の予約を1月から予約していたのに 1ヶ月前にキャンセルされた。 原因としては私の予約表の確認漏れによる 前金の未払いだったが、 予約の電話の段階でその事に一切触れず、 支払い期日を過ぎた後に「白紙に戻しました」という通知を受け取った。 その後何度も電話したがはっきりしたお返事が貰えず、片道1時間半かけて伺ったら 「どこの誰かも分からない人に自分の仕事の時間を奪われている！」と怒鳴られ、 渡した名刺も投げられた。 こんな対応をされたのは初めてだったので、 もう二度と関わらないと決めました。 最悪でした。

The smell of ammonia in the toilet in the room was so bad that I didn't want to use it. The smell wafts into the room. As everyone has written, there is a lot of dust and hair in the changing room of the public bath. If you use the Quickle wiper at least once a day, it shouldn't be that bad. I wonder how many days it hasn't been cleaned. Cleaning is not done properly overall. Even if it's a little old, I think it's fine as long as it's clean. I have never come across such a filthy hostel these days.

Convenient location for skiing. Ski rental in the hotel is cheap, and the slopes are right next to it. It wasn't too crowded that day, so I was able to spend time in the lobby until the time I left. It was nice to be able to use the large public bath in the hotel even after checking out. However, the nearest convenience store is about 25 minutes on foot, so if you don't have a car, it may be difficult if you don't have half board. The large public bath is a cave type, and when I stayed there, there was something oily floating, and it lacked a sense of cleanliness. The food is meat-based, and I think it's a nice menu for young people who are growing up.
