Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Suzhou

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel from the time we check in until we check out. Liu Baiyi provided excellent service throughout our stay. She took good care of us. She also helped us to find good restaurant, massage etc. She also provided free upgrade to us. Location was a bit far from city centre and main attractions. However, there is shopping mall next to it which is a plus point. Breakfast was good as well. However, please take note they start clearing on the dot when it is 10’o clock. So better to go earlier for breakfast.

The check-in process was convenient and the service response was fast. The overall environment was comfortable and the facilities were complete. Although I only stayed for one night this time, it is worth recommending. After all, the hotel was in the evening and I watched the sunset!

Fabulous! We had a great family stay. Very professional service, helpful staff. Very clean, huge size rooms, amazing views over Suzhou. Office desk, big TV, large shower room. Attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Booked 2 rooms for husband and I and my elderly father. Thankful for the good service as they were able to give us rooms on the same floor, and changed the room to a queen equivalent instead of twin for my father. Room was spacious, cozy, quiet. Pillow and bed was just right for us unlike other hotels where the bed was sunken or the pillows too soft. Hairdryer was fantastic! No smoke smells in the corridor or room which was important for us. Location was perfect as it was at guanqian street near food and shopping. Also pretty near to some attractions by didi or by foot. Though the toilet had leaked and they had sent their plumber to fix it, over all, the stay was by far a really comfortable one. Breakfast is similar to other hotels in shanghai that we were at. Not much western food options nor egg station.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and some could speak English. My hotel room was super clean, including the carpets, linen, and bathroom. In the morning, breakfast was buffet, and there were many choices. Five hours after checking out of the hotel, I realized that I had left my cap in the hotel so I called the hotel front desk and they made sure that the cap was delivered to my apartment. The hotel is located near Jinji lake and Suzhou centre plaza mall, but there are a lot of construction projects going on around the hotel.

I had a nice stay at Hampton by Hilton and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and reasonable price. The room was clean, nicely decorated , and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was pretty comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touch of having an extra pillow and a cozy bathrobe available upon request. It made my stay feel even more relaxing and luxurious. Breakfast was an absolute highlight! The variety of fresh, delicious options—Chinese and Western food . The quality of the food was good, and the staff was friendly. The front desk staff was welcoming, accommodating, and always ready to help with any request. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest.

The room is spacious, the facilities are neat and clean, the floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the city street view, the air conditioning is also very powerful, and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast is quite rich, with both Chinese and Western food, and there are rich wonton noodles and side dishes. It is a good choice for business trips
