對面就是太湖，樓下就有温泉泡泡蠻舒服的，就是附近用餐不是很方便。客服態度蠻好的，有什麼事響應都很快。

房間挺好，朝湖，景色宜人，前台服務業很好；缺點是奔着温泉去的，温泉水感覺是自來水加熱的，標的硫磺泉，但是沒有硫磺味，聽服務人員講温泉水是循環使用的，循環消毒的，不是新的温泉水，與我們概念中的温泉不一樣

酒店服務很好，管家小楊提前一天和我們聯繫入住事宜，專業熱情又周到，入住當天幫我們把行李送到房間，還會送歡迎水果呢，房間打掃的很乾凈，在陽台上就能看到對面的太湖風景，晚上足不出户也能欣賞巨幕露天電影，酒店還有温泉，也可讓人放鬆身心，自助早餐環境幽雅，品種豐富，👍

房間還是不錯的，有個大陽台躺椅，面對太湖；可惜下雨天，煙雨朦朦； 服務員服務不錯，尤其小楊經理介紹設施，幫拿行李，熱心熱情； 酒店温泉共5個池子，適合晚上放鬆泡一泡；
巨幕露天影院，因為下雨關係沒怎麼看，感受還是不錯的，也可以在房間露台觀看；
