目前為止住過最差的亞朵！酒店前台服務不專業流程不熟練，墨跡了老半天。房間的衞生也很差勁！我想燒壺水吃感冒葯再洗個熱水澡休息，結果看到水壺外面是臟的裏面還生銹了，不知道你們水壺是一次性的準備直接用到報廢，還是打掃衞生是不是從來不擦的？燒水壺我沒敢用，感冒葯也沒吃。衞生間下水道旁邊好多頭髮，有一根兩根也就不計較了，也太多了吧。打掃是直接沖下去的嗎？你們客房的毛巾也是一次性用到報廢嗎？有邊角破損漏線的，甚至還有破的在用？亞朵集團這麼小氣，用爛也不換？因為這些事導致我對衞生特別敏感，在房間轉了轉。果不其然，很多常用區域也有灰，鏡子邊，床頭板上，電話機，手指一模都是灰。還問我能報銷多少，要不要買東西一起開住宿票，我就納悶了發票還能多開？走的時候也沒給礦泉水。
