酒店的泳池，早餐都吊打很多五星級酒店。餐廳服務人員也很熱情，就是晚飯吃的時間太早了。泳池有可以換租的各種游泳設備很人性化

環境不錯，適合度假，可以游泳泡温泉，可以騎行環湖遊，酒店的小童樂園也可以玩，萌寵樂園有點小，衹有羊、兔子和孔雀。中餐廳味道不錯，出行自駕比較方便，可以去蘇州灣博物館，晚上在那看音樂噴泉19:20-19:50夏天，請注意演出時間。別墅房一棟棟很安靜，3樓沒人打擾，衹是清潔注意不要開門，蟲兒會飛進來，晚上蟈蟈在房間趕不走，很吵，好在後麪一小時後開燈怕光就躲起來就安靜了終於。早餐麪條不錯，豆腐花也可以。

開學錯峯遊，使得原本安靜的酒店更加的靜謐。judy小姐姐非常熱心，解決了空調聲音響的問題，貼心的準備了小朋友的洗浴用品。酒店很大，分兩個區域，接駁車隨叫隨到，非常方便。自駕去東太湖幾個景點也很近。天很熱，衹體驗了室內泳池，室外呆不了。知道我們有小朋友還延遲了退房時間。

I stayed there for three days during the summer vacation. Overall, it was good. The room was very clean and the bathroom was huge with independent air conditioning. They were all villa rooms. There was a small tram to pick up at any time. The staff would add WeChat when checking in, and if there was anything, they could contact the housekeeper to solve it. Our housekeeper was Judy, who was very enthusiastic and praised 👍
The buffet breakfast was quite good. There was a noodle stall on site. I ate there for two consecutive days, a bowl of noodle soup every day. Suzhou white noodle soup was amazing. I come to Suzhou every year and I must eat it every time I come!
The hotel's Chinese restaurant was also quite good. The restaurant was very large, with a fish pond in the middle with goldfish. I ate two meals during the few days I stayed there.
The underground parking garage is only in the lobby. If you don't want to park on the ground when it's hot, you can take a small tram to the underground garage in the lobby if you want to drive out.
