這是一個沒有温度，沒有社會責任的酒店
颱風“貝碧嘉”登陸江浙滬，今天上午登陸上海，中午移動至陽澄湖附近
電話前台申請延退至下午4點，等颱風稍微離開一點再退房。 結果被客服直接拒絕，且前台告知，今天並未滿房，也沒有新客入住。
後經申請，可延退至下午3點
搞笑的是，同行的其他房間，分別可延退至2點和4點。 這區別對待，等級伺候感也未免太赤裸裸了！
也不禁要問，颱風12級，是不是也算不可抗力，在不可抗力前提下，住客的人身安全不是第一要緊第一關心的嗎？ ！

The day before the Mid-Autumn Festival, I went out to avoid the peak season and checked out the Le Meridien Suzhou Bay that had been on my favorites for a long time. After staying there, I have to say it was so worth it! The lake view room with full floor-to-ceiling windows is like an oil painting. The room is 53 square meters and is very large. The decoration is elegant in French style. The swimming pool is almost reserved. There are Lego in the children's playground. You can rent a car downstairs to experience cycling around Taihu Lake. The hotel opened in 2017 and is still well maintained. It is definitely a good place to take the kids out on weekends. I have recommended it to my colleagues!

一個月不到又來了，可見喜歡程度！追加點評（另見上次）：1、房間：城景房升級到了湖景房（太湖邊誰不喜歡觀湖呢？），但其實，此艾美的城景房放任何其他大多數地方，客人都會笑不動：滿眼一大片全新規劃的綠化，綠化邊際一圈錯落的樓房忽隱忽現（相比湖景房，城景房夜晚望出去燈光更豐富、白天窗邊涼快）。2、自助餐：開學後的自助餐才是享受（暑假期間像大食堂，吵吵鬧鬧，吃頓飯而已）；人不多不少，品種卻一個不少——三文魚片新鮮，紅酒白酒，青島啤酒是棕色小瓶的……；另外，大家都喜歡靠窗座，其實有幾個靠窗座遠不如中間那列（同時能看到寬寬的湖景和餐廳內景）。3、大堂吧：新的桌椅佈局遠不如之前的安逸，午後一段時間空調還不給力（幸虧沒開幾十公里專程來喝咖啡），但是如果我住20分鐘車程內，咖啡小酒必來此地——湖景、格調……工作日19.9元的咖啡（帶一小塊餅乾），35元的喜力還配花生哦。4、……
