Two nights in Swansea was perfect. Quiet little town & Swansea Cottages was a great place to rest awhile. Our unit was very well equipped with everything you need. Appreciated fresh milk & having hand sanitiser available. Never seen a TV mounted on BIR door before but it worked well - open door for watching TV in bed or closed for watching from the couch. Loved having a bathtub to soak in too.

The room is on the second floor and has a nice environment. There is a gateball court next to it and you can see the sea view from the balcony. Parking is convenient and there is a restaurant where you can order food. It is located in a small town with a good surrounding environment. You can walk along the coastal trails and there is a golf course next to it. Gas stations and supermarkets are very close, and most of the nearby restaurants close at 8pm. The service is good, you will be reminded of things to pay attention to when checking in, and the dining tips in the room are very helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised by the Swansea motor inn. We booked the property due to its convenient location to Freycinet National Park. We arrived late after going to the local pub (Bark Mill Tavern & Bakery which I highly recommend for food and friendly service) following a day of hiking. I called the reception to let them know and they assured me it wouldn’t be a problem and just to give them a ring when arriving. The room was clean and had all we needed for one night. It had a beautiful view of the ocean with a spacious balcony for morning coffee. We had one of the best coffees of the trip from the wholefoods cafe across the road and there’s a service station right next to it to fill up before heading on our way on our Tassie road trip.
