The homestay is on the side of the road, not far from Shili Changchong, and Niuwangzhai is a five-minute walk away. The room is bright, spacious and comfortable. There are tea gardens in front and back of the house. The boss’s family is warm and thoughtful, very suitable for family travel and accommodation.

I drove to Shanghai and passed through Lujiang. I chose a B&B nearby. It was really beyond my expectations. The hotel is in the scenic area, the environment is beautiful, the bedding facilities are very comfortable, and it is super quiet. It is very comfortable to sleep. The boss is warm and service-oriented. It is the first choice for summer travel.

The design is tasteful, the service is very warm, the cooking tastes good, and the family has eaten at the hotel for several days. The surrounding environment is very good, there are Hudong Reservoir and Dahantang nearby, niche attractions, people are not tired to stroll around. At night, you can see silly rabbits and fireflies walking around the hotel. There are chestnuts rolling down the mountain at the entrance of the hotel. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, and the mountainous area is understandable, but it is still a bit inconvenient for the elderly to travel.

On a drizzly weekend, a friend and I spontaneously decided to escape the city's hustle and bustle and find a quiet corner for a relaxing vacation. We remembered the Jiapuji Hot Spring Art Hotel – Tangchi Pastoral Living Room – which we'd seen recommended on ”Lujiang Culture and Tourism,” and immediately packed our bags and set off. Driving from Hefei, it was very convenient; simply navigate to the hotel by name. There were dedicated parking spaces at the lobby entrance, so parking was no problem. After checking in, the staff thoughtfully led us to our private courtyard. The layout of the inner and outer courtyards was truly delightful, ensuring both spaciousness and privacy. Stepping into the room, we were pleasantly surprised: a coffee machine to brew delicious drinks anytime, a bathtub to unwind, and the Dyson hairdryer and King Koil mattress – all showcasing a pursuit of high-quality experiences. There's also a private hot spring bath on the roof, but unfortunately, it doesn't have hot spring water yet; we eagerly await its future development. Upon check-in, the hotel provided two tickets to the Rice Research and Study Center, a venue personally inscribed by Academician Yuan Longping, the ”Father of Hybrid Rice,” embodying a profound rice culture. I initially thought it was more suitable for educational experiences with children, but the two adults also thoroughly enjoyed themselves, following the footsteps of ”The Chinese Dream Under the Rice” amidst the golden rice fields, immersing themselves in the charm of agricultural culture. The Rice Field Cafe was definitely a pleasant surprise. While it may not have the same fame as another cafe in Lujiang, the experience was in no way inferior. The simple, wood-toned decor, combined with natural lighting, created a truly artistic atmosphere. Ordering a cup of their signature ”Tianquan Rice Coffee,” the sweetness of the rice and the richness of the coffee blended perfectly on the tongue, a unique taste and flavor that was truly captivating. Just sitting there was incredibly pleasant. The Nianqiu Mountain Restaurant satisfied our taste buds. Here, all ingredients are sourced directly from the fields, adhering to the cooking philosophy of ”simple yet fresh,” maximizing the original flavor of the food. The braised pork ribs were tender and flavorful, each bite coated in the rich sauce; the stir-fried pork with chili peppers was satisfyingly spicy, I'd guess they were grown in the restaurant's own yard, incredibly fresh and spicy; the broccoli was crisp and delicious, and I devoured it all. The most unforgettable dish was the rice – plump grains, fragrant, cooked to perfection, soft and chewy, perhaps freshly harvested this year? The accommodation package also included two Chinese breakfasts: freshly cooked beef noodles with a rich broth and chewy noodles, a warm and comforting bowl that made me feel completely relaxed. After dinner, we went to the nearby No. 1 Spring for a soak. The warm water enveloped us, dispelling the autumn chill and travel fatigue, a truly blissful experience. I sincerely hope the hotel can soon add a private rooftop hot spring, so we can enjoy a one-stop experience of ”accommodation, activities, dining, and hot springs,” completely immersing ourselves in this relaxing autumn atmosphere, spending a perfect weekend without any hassle.

When I came, it was raining and I didn't go shopping, but I liked the spring feeling surrounded by green. Because it just opened, the supporting facilities are not in place yet, but the front desk lady also said that it will be in place before May Day. 2. The room is exactly the same as the picture, and the room is very spacious. I especially like the floor-to-ceiling windows on the whole side. There are two sinks so that even if two people live, there is no need to queue up to wash. There are 4 bottles in the mineral water room. It is very intimate for me. I don't need to call for water. 3. The front desk butler is very gentle and patient. I got up late in the morning and helped me pack breakfast to the room. There are a lot of dishes in the restaurant, and you can enjoy lunch and dinner. The safety measures are also very good. I heard from the front desk butler that I will record the license plate first. I have to record the license plate when I come in late to lift the gate.

The parent-child room has a aromatic stone that can be connected to USB. I don't know if it can shine, but there is no jack that can plug in the USB in the house. Secondly, the bathtub in the parent-child room is not very good. The next morning, I found that the toilet was full of water, and I didn't care. Because I think there will be a problem with this kind of self-built house, but I think this will become a reason for some people's bad reviews, so I remind the boss here. If someone book a parent-child room next time, you can inform them in advance. When you leave, the boss helps to carry the luggage to the car, and sends the children a gift. There are popcorn in the living room to pick it up, and the tickets for the miracle farm are presented. When you leave, the goods are full. Goldfish and ducks again, full of emotional value

Come out to play with my girlfriends, the room is very spacious and the view is great. Surrounded by mountains, green. Seeing the small vegetable garden planted by farmers, I really envy the people in the mountains, reminding me of the scene of growing vegetables for my parents at home when I was a child. Time never returned, and then my hometown was demolished. I really nostalgic for the rural life when I was a child. You can eat alpine organic vegetables every day. The owner of the store said that the employees are locals, and the ingredients in the restaurant are basically cultivated by the aunts. Very comfortable rural life, full of fireworks. Very satisfied with the stay experience! I really want to live here for a year and a half.

Weekend trip with kids. After booking the room, the housekeeper contacted us in advance. The service was quite considerate. The housekeeper replied to any questions on WeChat very quickly. The hotel is in a valley. The cicadas are very loud in midsummer, but the sound insulation is quite good when the door is closed. It has not been open for long. The overall hardware facilities are good. However, there is no USB charging port. I was a little dumbfounded as I only brought a data cable. The kids like the outdoor swimming pool very much and have a lot of fun. There is breakfast, but there is no other table meal except for the small hot pot. You have to drive out to eat. The hot spring pool is not open. You can experience it in winter next time.

During the holiday, I invited several elderly people from my family to play. From the moment I checked in, I was treated with attentive and thoughtful service. Outdoor activities were not allowed on rainy days, but the chess and card table in the suite allowed everyone to find different fun. After the rain stopped, the green trees and flowers became more colorful. The housekeeper service handled each call in a timely manner, which was different from the troubles of other services that took half a day to reply and waited for a long time to handle. What is more worthy of praise is that the elderly found that they had lost their mobile phone after half a day. After contacting the housekeeper, he carefully found it and sent it back.
