The overall stay experience is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the balcony has a wide view, the hotel facilities are complete, and the front desk staff is perfunctory. There was a small accidental episode in the middle of the check-in. I contacted Trip.com customer service for the first time. The platform was very efficient, and the whole process was actively coordinated and communicated. The problem was finally solved smoothly and satisfactorily. Traveling abroad, there is really a lot of peace of mind to do after-sales guarantee. The platform for overseas bookings has the ability to deal with problems in unexpected situations, which is particularly reassuring. The hotel also presented champagne intimately in the future, full of sincerity. The overall itinerary experience is very good. I will still give priority to booking hotels in Spain later. The city where the hotel is located is a small seaside town, surrounded by several restaurants, and the food and beverage prices are cheap. The hotel is a small budget hotel, the owner Peter is very polite. The hotel is not available early.
