TTarik86Qarwa Palace Resort and Spa: This luxury hotel brand is renowned for its impeccable service and attention to detail. Guests often comment on the friendly and accommodating staff who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The room they gave us was not good enough, it looks like aback-up room when the hotel is almost fully booked. No towels in the room. The staff are so friendly, they was an error with the payment of my room via the agency which supposed to be fixed at the date of arrival not the check-out time, Edward seems to be the front desk manager and he has bad attitudes , he looks down on people and he does not even smile. I have worked in hospitality more than 10 years and I never seen such behaviors and attitudes from front desk managers. The hotel is super good and worth the price, especially if you booked the room with All-inclusive. I highly recommend it.

SSandra Sánchez RedínThe simple but clean rooms and the charming cleaning girls. We can't say the same about the reception staff, they didn't even leave us a pen. Not all of them, but there were a couple who were quite unfriendly.
