特別好的一次住宿體驗，環境好、設施好而且工作人員都很熱心、細心且耐心。還有一衹可愛的大貓貓！ 從入住開始Doudou先生就幫了我很多忙，也會告訴我一些需要注意的事，這對於第一次來到塞內加爾乃至非洲的人都很重要！還有我把行李箱海關鎖搞壞了，接待處的先生也很快幫我解決了。他們也很快幫我解決了安保人員也非常負責且熱心，總之很感激他們的幫助。 酒店的設施也很舒服，什麼都不幹躺在泳池邊就很幸福了。 總之是一次極其完美的人生體驗，也很感激第一次來到非洲大陸就遇到了這麼耐心的朋友們。 不過泳池邊的房子的Wi-Fi不太好用

It's very good in Senegal. The room is a suite, just right for my colleague and I, quiet and undisturbed. The location is very good, travel is convenient, and there are many delicious foods around.

I had a problem with my visa when arriving at the airport so I was not able to left the customs/airport and I informed the hotel, and they refused to help me to cancel the reservation which was just for 1 night due to connecting flights. Then no support for the customers so will not consider this hotel for other occassiobs

Modern location right in the heart of Dakar with an excellent breakfast and outdoor pool make Novotel Dakar a strong choice for both business and leisure stays. The staff are generally warm and helpful, and amenities like free WiFi and parking add convenience. However, some rooms feel dated and the check-in process is occasionally slow, so it may take a little patience to get full value.

Really loved my stay here. Super friendly and helpful staff. Amazing room with a nice balcony. AC was great. My favorite was the pool on the rooftop and the variety of the breakfast buffet. Can absolutely recommend staying here.

The environment is very good, the room facilities are a bit old

The hotel is surrounded by the sea on three sides, and it is very good for vacation and leisure. You can see the sun rising on the Atlantic Ocean... There are a lot of eagles here. Whether hovering, swooping or perching, eagles will make you remember them with a special call. The service is very good, the breakfast provided by the hotel is very good, the pool is also very good, the service is great

Breakfast is good, but the overall hotel costs in Senegal are high. There is a band performance in the evening, and the dinner at Novotel next door is OK. You can take a taxi at the entrance of the hotel.

The receptionist and the ease of spending in the room were very good. There is no problem with amenities, hair dryers and hot water in the shower. Check-in was late at night, but he was willing to respond. When I went to the 1st floor around 8 o'clock, there was also breakfast. From the cafe to the omelet, it was very delicious.
