Why did my nephew find a huge bloodstain on the comforter on the bed? Half of these outlets don’t work in this room. The pool area smells like mold. Not supplied properly.! I usually like staying here butttt, this time was really bad.

The hotel and room were both very clean. We came for a graduation, so the location was perfect. Breakfast was supposed to be included. At 6:30 a.m. the hot food consisted of one egg patty, one biscuit and no gravy. We decided to wait. Then, at 8:30 a.m. there was still ONE egg patty, ONE biscuit and STILL NO GRAVY. There were two people behind the desk. One was a man, who appeared to be working, and the other was a woman who appeared to be hiding out. Neither would make eye contact with us, and there was no one in the kitchen area at all. We ended up going to McDonald's. Very disappointing and not at all what we're used to when visiting a Comfort or Quality Inn.

I stayed at thiscQuality Inn on the way to Chicago for trip from the airport. I have relatives in Dekalb whom I wanted to visit and went to the airport the next day. I stayed at this hotel on points. My room was clean and everything worked. Since the hotel was largely empty it was very quiet and I had a good night's sleep. It appears that the hotel is upograding its furniture (my room had not been upgraded). The breakfast was typical fare which I find satisfactory. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would happily stay at this Quality Inn again.

After were told the pool was closed for my sons bday and wrestling tournament, the manager of hotel personnal Appolized to me, gave us a free night for our troubles . He made things right for us, which i appreciate the customer service
