The hotel is centrally located making it easier for me to explore the nearby attractions both by foot and public transport. The train station, bus stops and metro stops are within 5-10 minutes of walking distance. The room was very clean, also had the facilities to wash my own cups and plates thanks to the in-room dishwashing sink (in addition to the bathroom sink). It also had a microwave oven in the room which was useful. A good supply and variety of tea in addition to instant coffee. Room service for food was also great. Had one of the fastest and smoothest check-ins and check-outs in recent times. Overall, very happy with the services.

Friendly staff, they gave us complimentary early check-in, the room was clean and nice. The location is also good near Hyde Park and Museum Train station which is very convenient.

A very typical budget hotel. The hygiene of the bathroom could be improved. Vaccum cleaning of room floor would be most appreciated. Thumbs up for the microwave in the room but we finally did not di the coin laundry (in the hotel) because of the cost - quite expensive.

loads of nestle coffee sachets in the room. Carpet was not very clean. central location and convenient for meetings and conference.

7min walk to Museum station, quite convenient to get around in the city. Overall, an okay experience for the price you pay. However, wall is quite thin so you can hear conversations and also alarms from other rooms in the morning (if you’re a light sleeper). Would rate the whole experience a 3/5

Excellent experience I ever had, room was so clean, location is right in CBD and close to Museum train Station that can easily catch train to everywhere. Highly recommended and will staying here again next time.

The location is amazing. The room is okay. The bathroom was very dirty. The towels smelled like **** literally canola oil.
Overall the location is great. The room has everything and the beds are comfy. Its just the cleanliness and those smelly towels.

The hotel location is basically a walkin distance from almost all of the famous place to visit. Also very near from Museum train station, then you can go to everywhere. Self checking and checkout available, then if your room is now available, also you can take it.
