The location of the hotel is good, but the service is average! I had already arrived at the hotel at 10:00 in the morning to check-in and store my luggage. I understand that if I arrive at the hotel early, there is a chance I won't be able to get settled in my room. Because the official check-in time is 15:00. So I was already on my first day of itinerary after checking in my luggage. I went back to the hotel at 14:30 to check if I could get into the room. The front desk also replied that I couldn't because the room was not ready yet. So I waited in the lobby, but while waiting, I saw many other guests checking in and successfully getting to their rooms. Most of them were white. (I can’t imagine whether the hotel staff discriminates against Asians). In the end, I really had to wait until 15:00 before I could enter the room, but the room was obviously ready early, but the staff didn't want me to enter early.
