We absolutely love the location of the hotel, which is just so convenient for us to visit different places. The room is spacious and clean. There aren’t a lot of choices at the breakfast and the food tasted rather mediocre. Be that as it may, we had an enjoyable stay here.

I recently stayed at the Fullerton Sydney for 4 nights, and it was by far the worst service I have ever experienced.
From the start, it was clear that the staff were either unavailable or completely unhelpful. I called the front desk multiple times during my stay, and they only answered once. On the one occasion staff answered the line, I requested water to be sent to my room, and it took two hours for it to arrive.
The room itself had major issues—lights wouldn’t turn off, which made sleeping a nightmare. Despite reporting the issue, no one came to fix it. To make matters worse, there was no one at the front desk after 10 PM every night, leaving guests stranded without any assistance.
This was beyond disappointing for a brand hotel like Fullerton. There was zero sense of hospitality or service, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere.

The only issue was the power outrage.
I was stuck in the lift number 19 for 10-15 minutes.
After I managed to go to my floor 14th
To order food for room service not available for hours. I was so hungry
Quiet disappointed

Very nice hotel at the centre of Sydney, close to the harbour, the shopping area and the Sydney Tower. The room is clean and big, but not very new. Overall a good experience.
